Hi Holly! Just wondering, what are you looking for in a horse when you take in a project horse? Also I was wondering if you could give any tips in general when looking for a project horse :) You are an amazing rider and I love your YT!

I’m still pretty new to the whole buying project horses thing, but the first thing I look at is price, because if I’m not going to be able to make profit, then there’s no point in buying him. Ideally I’d want something young, green and hasn’t done too much because then you can put value on them pretty easy just by bringing them out and getting experience. Finally, I don’t mind a problem horse, but I’m very aware of my capability as a rider, because the last thing you want to do is over horse yourself and get stuck with something that you just can’t improve :) Best of luck and thank you so much! <3

How do you get this nice "filter" (that you have on your summer yard routine video) on most of your videos/pictures? it looks really good.

I usually put a light purple colour over, set it to ‘screen’ mode and lower the opacity. Then I wack up the contrast on the actual clip and thats it! :)

I am beyond happy with how much Welbeck's canter has come on! Her hind end has so much more action now, whereas a lot of the time she used to have a four beat "tranter"
