Enjoy the look of Tealower :) Design includes the design of the cup and tea bags.
Final look of TEALOWER packaging where teabags would be placed inside in a seal package :) ENJOY..
The colours of the packaging creates a vision of the ingredients in the tea, and the illustrations on the packaging resembles the effect the tea has on a person after drinking it.
The tea that would help you sleep has linden flowers, lavender and chamomile as the main ingredient. Therefore the colour of the packaging is selected to be violet/lilac colours. The tea that would help you feel energised, would have super food ingredients such as gingko and ashwaganda. I choose grey and red as the main colour theme so it resembles an energy/protein bar. The tea that would help with detox and weight loss, would have herby ingredients such lemongrass, ginger, matcha green tea. People generally associate green colours with good health therefore the colour of the packaging is best suited to be green colours. This idea is embraced and brought to life with bold statements and illustrations.
Using a flower design in a logo indicates the tea is made from herbal based ingredients.
So after multiplaying the design It has become another version of flower of life. I have played with its colours on each packaging to attract consumers and help them understand what colour represents which flavour in first look.
This image I created is a flower root giving the illustration of a DNA. The idea is combining the taste and our feeling symtoms in one. I will go with that!
Some illustrations I have done for Tealower’s each DETOX ,ENERGISE AND SLEEPY TEA. I wanted to create the illusion, when you put a tea bag in to a hot water the ingredients of the tea spreads its colour to the water. That helped me to create these illustrations with that imagination and inspiration.
Design I have done using Tealower logo.
This will be the logo for Tealower, and depending on the tea, the flower will change colour on the packaging. At first look it can be read as "flower", but at the second look you can read "Tealower" easily. Im loving tea :)
I have made these drawing using the idea of flower of life. The design that all sums everything up. When you say “FLOWER” , I came up with the idea for “TEALOWER” (meaning for Tea and Lover). Loving tea . Then it got in to my head and got my attention directly. So my tea companies name will be “TEALOWER”
Researching some branding and packaging for tea. Looking inspiration through the images that directly caught my eye. “Sado” brand is simple but looks high class and direct. But in the same time, I want my logo to look more classy but colourful at the same time to catch the eye.

Creative Brief Template
Use this Creative Brief template to develop your project briefs and to break down key information and ideas from given briefs.
Background: This project would include establishing the name, branding and designing the packaging of the three different flavours of tea. The objective of this work is to come up with an idea of a tea brand and think of the whole design concept from start to finish.
Objectives: The objective of this work is to design the logo and packaging of a product that will reflect the brand concept of “a tea with a sense of humour”. The products must reflect the fun and catchy side of the ingredients but should also be bright, artistic and full of love. The colours of the packaging should create a vision of the ingredients in the tea, and the illustrations on the packaging should resemble the effect the tea has on a person after drinking it.
Target Audience:
All tea lovers. Both female and male market.
What is single most important thing to say:
Branding that supports the effects of the tea with a strong and fun statement.
Tone of voice:
The tone of voice of the design should be persuasive in a very direct way. There should be three boxes of tea: Tea that would help you sleep, tea that would energise you like coffee and tea that will help with detox and weight loss. As it may be banned to use exact scientific statements in food and drinks packages (unless it is medicinal tea), the designs should be bold and brave so the eye immediately catches what is on the shelf, and the message is understood directly by the buyer. In summary the tone of voice should be bold, persuasive and goal oriented.
Approaches:
Come up with color themes and names of tea that would reflect the tone of voice.
Creating a logo with a flower to indicate the tea is made from herbal based ingredients.
Media:
Social media platforms – Instagram and website.
Find social media influencers such as fitness coaches, lifestyle bloggers, health and fitness enthusiasts to collaborate on affiliate marketing. Come up with individual original hashtags that people can share on their own social media.
Deliverables:
1. Benefits of ingredients being influential in packaging
2. Research in to ingredients
3. Design Thinking, the process and insight to the idea.
4. Commercial Awareness
5. Innovative design and imaginative thinking
1st picture : The final piece for District 7. This image creates the illuion of a CD with the metallic shine and reflection. The metallic shine is brighter on the sides like there is a spot light reflecting from the metal plate. 2nd picture: Engravement effect on the wood. Once the brand is established, he could engrave the logo this on bar stools and tables. Wood gives it a natural look. 3rd picture: Paper bag with the logo. The bag is recyclable reflecting the nature loving side of the event.
1st image: Finally ! I have choose to use owl as the logo and created this logo as district 7. The wings are there as I really liked the idea and on the other hand it is a welcoming logo giving the feel of cuddling all the people who came to party. The reason I wanted to have a owl is owls don’t sleep sleep at night, similar to the party people. By using Illustrator I have came up with this Image and added the illustration of people having fun. As I mentioned in my brief, I wanted the logo to be bold and make a big statement.
2nd image: I have also designed a cover photo for District 7 to use on their Facebook marketing page, using the pictures in beach parties separating with white line trapping them inside giving the effect of underground parties. It also allowed me to mix and match many images to give a more bold statement.
Looking through pictures of party people directly gave me the impression of fun, people having a great time. I then become inspired and decided to create an illustration based on feel good tactics. I was coming closer to my idea.
Research
When you say District something, it automatically brings you the thought of black and white colours. By looking at these pictures I am getting inspiration and thinking of attractive and fun ideas. I really like the idea of wings. That tribal effect cathes all party people’s eye in my own opinion.
