hey, may I ask you, what had drawn you to Boy Erased in the first place so that you made an entrie blog about it? do you have other blogs on tumblr?

I initially heard about Boy Erased because I’m a fan of a couple of the actors and I’m a lesbian, so it seemed like a project I would love. The book was great too and the whole story felt really important. I was really excited that the movie was going to be so mainstream and had potential to make an impact on society.

I started a blog because I had been keeping up with Boy Erased news for, like, a year and wanted a place to share my hype and find other people who were excited for the movie too since I couldn’t find a community for it anywhere else. Tumblr felt like a good place to find people who would care about the movie.

I have way too many tumblrs lol. I’ve made a blog for basically every fandom I’ve been a part of, but lots of them I don’t really post to anymore. I’ve been on this site since 2011-ish, so I’ve seen it all.

The DVD/Bluray is out now, which means the Special Features should come out soon. I bought the digital version, and usually Movies Anywhere includes the special features for digital buyers, so I’m waiting (hoping) for that to happen. Also checking YouTube. I’ll try to post the videos here as soon as I find them.
