UA does accept students from different countries, though they must be withing the average age range and grade of the students here, as well as the fact they must apply and pass the exam in the time given just as any other student would.

I'd prefer not to fight any of them. They all have good hearts and are great heroes

But in the hypothetical... If any of them were to prove as a threat or have ill intent, I would suppress any of them. It's not a matter of consideration.
