Dear reality shifter I have some questions

1. Can I shift reality where I still have my belongings I know reality shifting is about detach to your current reality but I love my figure collections

2. I learn that scripting and stuff is not necessary but I just want full control on my shifting any advice

3. I kept ending up falling asleep instead of shifting am I too exhausted for sleep method ? Should I sleep more early

4. Does manifestation help with shifting if so how do I manifest properly
