Shingeki no Kyojin Final Season | CH3 | I’m sorry. I can’t. I’ll see you later, Eren.
Levi’s conclusion brings me so much happiness I can’t even fully put it into words, he lives the rest of his life in peace without any major threats. He can truly just live how he wants to now without the weight of the many expectations he was driven to uphold as a Captain. This is not to say that he didn’t face future struggles, he most likely did with his injuries and various psychological scars but also with adapting to a life without any mortal threats, such as titans.
This is man who has only known battle and strife for the majority of his existence, so a life without any of that to him is probably a very foreign concept but also very consoling and exciting for him, naturally. I think Levi giving out sweets to the kids at the end of the finale is such an amazing testament to his character. Even thought we have seen his selflessness demonstrated many times in the past seasons, this scene in the finale is the one that truly ties his character together in my own opinion.
He’s gone out of his way to provide for those kids and this is particularly moving when you consider the turbulent and traumatic childhood that he experienced and survived. Levi gives these kids a reason to look up and smile despite the long journey of healing ahead of them all, and I just think that’s truly so heroic and yet again highlights the importance of Levi’s morals and his nature.
Mikasa Ackerman's VA, Yui Ishikawa, breaks down after recording her last line as Mikasa. The rest of the cast (Marina Inoue and Yuki Kaji) comforts her.
Jean: What’s this?
Levi: An invitation to my wedding.
Jean: Aren’t you already married to Hanji-san?
Mikasa: Are you two renewing your vows or something?
Levi: We were never married!
Connie: Seriously? Like at all?
Levi: Who in here thought Hanji and I were a married couple this whole time?
Everyone: *raises their hands*
Levi:
Levi, without turning around: Hanji put your hand down.
Whoever animated this did it with one hand down their pants
current weather: hot as balls
pocket sized angel backpack
Theory: Dabi is Todoroki Shouto’s older brother
Some people in the bnha fandom seem to believe this, but I haven’t seen any masterposts on it. So here I’ve put together all of the evidence that other fans have pointed out, along with some of my own observations. [UPDATED 6/15/18]
