‘ It`s best we go this way. ’ The viera stands cautiously near one of the many hallways, that lead to a dark nothingness, but she can sense a slight drift of fresh air coming through the corridor. Compared to the frowsty air of the ancient rooms, it alone can bring a glimpse of hope if they`d like to get out of this place soon enough. Fran doesn`t trust the crackling paper in her partner`s hands, even though he believes for it to be the old map, that has a secret route out of here. 

‘ Time is merciless. Do you trust the ancient bricks? ’ She can`t help but frown a bit, trying to reason with a stubborn hume is not a situation she`d want herself to be stuck in. The treasure hunt went splendidly, and they had their prize on their hands, but the getaway threw in an unexpected challenge. Being deprived of its inner jewel, the ruins started to slowly collapse, and the way back was blocked. They ran off into one of the many smaller hallways just to find themselves trappes in the room with many exits. And Fran picked the only one that was correct.

She doesn`t say anything else, glaring at the other from her height, ears brushing against the rough surface of the ceiling. It is still up to him to make a decision, yet Fran won`t take any other routes but the one she picked. If it takes her a few hours to make Balthier believe her, to make him see the correct way - she`ll stay and wait. There is no doubt about that.

     After the wormhole incident, Pidge had no idea where to go, so her and Green wandered about until they reached a particular kind of civilization, one that she clearly wasn’t aware of. It showed how much the universe had to offer in terms of diversity and variety. Her eyes blinked when her peripheral vision swore it saw bunny ears. And yes. The other actually had bunny ears– and not as a costume upon closer inspection.

     “In dire need of help?” Well, this is kind of a dire situation, so… she thought. It wasn’t often she was asked in such a formal way, so she couldn’t help but be confused at first. “Yeah… I guess you can say that. Something happened that led me here. Uh, long story short, I have no idea where I am. And I kinda need information about that, if you don’t mind that is.”

As the white brows shifted towards each other slowly, Fran realised that this case would be even more interesting than she could`ve imagine. It`s not like the viera was against some sort of challenge, but the mystical things in her life were less appreciated after recent events. Looking down at the stranger she couldn`t help but notice the curiosity towards herself that the other carried in their glance. 

Fortunately, Fran was used to it. Shifting her weight from one leg to another, the viera crossed her hands on her chest and tilted her head. ‘ South-east border of the Archadian empire, would it pour any light on your nescience.’

A fancy suit catches Fran`s eye. It seems unusual for this places, so being her natural stealthy self, viera observes and studies from afar before walking closer to the stranger. What kind of weapon is that?... Seems worthy. And expensive. ‘ In dire need of help? ’
