Well, hi there....

I'm in the process of starting this food blog thingamajig (again...yes, i know....bear with me). It'll post on my Facebook, but you don't have to join a page. As much as I love to cook, I have a love/hate relationship with it like I do with some folks (lol). I think that last time, I was trying to do so much and I was scattered (title of my poetry book, btw) all over the place and had almost no confidence. So.....I'm ready now. I won't post everyday. But when I do, just simply enjoy it.
