Had a dream last night where it was discovered in Homestuck there were 4 characters introduced that were a class far more powerful than Muse and Lord called “Dev” aka they were the original developers of sburb/paradox space. Their titles were Dev of Song, Dev of Dream, Dev of Fate, and Dev of ??? (I forgot but it was aligned to the game’s mechanics). They also had the ability to ban anyone from the game as well as take away their classpect altogether.

I also saw how they looked like and the Dev of Song and Dream were sooooo pretty I hope I can do them justice when I draw them!

Essentially, yeah they created all of existence! I think I remember they did have their own reality but it was destroyed? So they made the game to make a new one. But somehow ended up creating new universes and beings which began said cycle.
