Brain is the most complex part of the human body because this is the one who processes information that it receives from the senses and body, and sends messages back to the body. It is the root of human intelligence.

Take away:

We need to be careful with our brain. Use it wisely because God gace us a brain not just because our body needed a command and control but because God enjoys seeing us steward our brains for his glory.

I consider listening to music as a positive stressor. Music is my calmness. Whenever I'm stress, I always listen to music to divert my attention. Music is my way of expressing my feelings. And also motivate and energizes me. While negative stress for me are the thoughts that I might be failed in any of my classes.

Challenges are what makes life interesting, Overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.

We need to understand the situation before we conclude because sometimes we assume right away without understanding the situation. And by that we can accept and recover from the thing that's hurting us. We can forgive that person who upset us. And a good example for that is our Loving God. He accepts and love us even we commit sins.

Forgiveness. We all know that it's easy to say sorry, but it's hard to accept. Even if the person who doesn't deserve forgiveness because of the pain they've caused you, we forgive them. Because we do the same, make mistakes like them. We're not perfect too. We just need to understand and accept like how God understand and accept us as his children, even we made a lot of mistakes.

Before you love someone, love yourself first.

Be who you are and say what you feel. Don't mind what others will say because at the end of the day, their opinion doesn't matter.
