I'd like to learn more of Beurla Reagaird and Hokkaido Ainu but unfortunately those languages are almost extinct. The near extinction of Hokkaido Ainu is the reason I'm going to study it.

I'm not studying all of these languages at once, I'm constantly studying Gàidhlig and I'll study another language at the same time.

A Playlist - A playlist that's not too distracting so I can still focus. I like to listen to animal crossing music while I study

A Tidy Space - How am I supposed to study if my area isn't tidy?

A Big Bottle Of Water

Snack Bowl - I like to have berries, chocolate and ricecakes.

Focus Friend - I find the app focus friend really helps me stay off my phone. There's a couple of similar apps but this one is free and has no ads.

one of the most boring lessons I’ve learned is that when a task feels overwhelming, you just have to start doing it. Even if you’re not sure how to do 90% of it, look for one small component that seems close and start there. Sometimes it’s reading one article on the topic, or searching one related term, or literally just googling how to do the task. Do anything other than thinking about it. The process of working on a thing inherently makes it less scary.
