Hihi! Online i'm typically called Shark, but you can call me anything :> Any pronouns, ace/lesbian & long-haired butch, 19, linguistics student. I draw sometimes, and might post some of that at some point.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

I do not typically block people unless they're being a very particular nuisance. Likewise i don't keep a dni. I prefer giving people the benefit of the doubt, and my mind is always open to being changed. I don't like constraining my blog to particular people when i might think differently in the future. I share my opinions relatively regularly and am always open to friendly debates. Block me if you don't believe in acknowledging nuance ((which exists in nearly every situation, i'm not referencing anything specific here)).

This blog runs on a queue & i shuffle it occasionally. There's also a pretty decent backlog. So keep that in mind.

My macaw hybrid chart - i don't condone the unethical breeding of macaws… i just like macaws and charts so i made this

To use this chart: find the first macaw for your hybrid alphabetically on the left column, then find the last macaw for your hybrid alphabetically on the top row, then find the cell at the intersection of those two macaws. E.g. if you want to find the hybrid type between scarlet and blue-and-gold macaws, find "blue and gold" in the left column and "scarlet" in the top row, you should see [catalina/rainbow]. Explanations for the colours are at A34-A40.

DETAILED ABOUT ME:

I generally interact with MCYT content, occasionally i'll look at linguistics, Warrior Cats, Wings of Fire, Neurodivergency, comedy, Fried Green Tomatoes, MLP, Dash Tag/Animal Jam, Ghosts, Christianity (sideblog), language-learning (sideblog), and other content, but most reblogs will be unrelated to anything in particular, or related to MCYT. By MCYT i specifically mean the Life Series, HermitCraft, Empires, and related series. Or maybe not. Idk what i'm reblogging a lot of at current. Prolly ask current Shark if you're curious abt what i'm looking at a lot of atm.

Edit: I wrote this as 4am and am realising this makes no sense. I mean like, flyers for things are often like "this is open to women & gender-diverse" or something and then flyers for things will be like "this is open to men." Hi!!! One of my parents got meningitis when I was a kid.

They were in the hospital for nearly a month, the rest of us were all placed in medical quarantine, there were several points we thought they were gonna die, and even though they survived, it was a SUPER close call and they lost about two years of memories from the ensuing brain damage.

Like… a two-uear-long cookie-cutter pocket of thoughts and memories went missing right out of their brain. It’s an inflammation of the brain that cooks it alive.
