I read/saw this on Facebook just now and you know what I have been skinny. Not the skinny that 'everyone' wants to be but the healthy kind of skinny. Sure I still felt like I needed to loose weight. My thighs still rubbed together. I still had love handles and a tummy but I was ultimately happy with my body. Over the past year I've gained weight but never have I wanted to break a mirror over the way I look. I am the way I am because of how I eat (not that I eat terrible) and the lack of exercise and motivation I have. I don't blame anyone but myself for how I look. But I still love myself. My boyfriend loves me for me. Not some number on a scale. I don't like attention so I don't want everyone I walk by wanting to get with me. I'd be comfortable staying at one size pant for the rest of my life but we all know it doesn't work like that. We don't all have a crazy amount of money to have personal trainers. We all have lives some busier then others. The only way you are going to improve your life is if you take the time to figure out what you need to do.
