Reflection – Craft

For the last four weeks we did the craft module, metamorphoses was the project we did for our craft. I was hoping not to get this craft because I was bad with drawings. I thought Exquisite Corpse could be more fun, but i was totally wrong again. This brief was to design a fan book which would show multiple stages of a change. Alex stated that it could be any type of change or transition and it could be metaphorical or completely random. So we need pay attention to the process of transformation between these two different objects, and the process of the transformation was the hardest part! I started my brainstorming about everything that I interested. Personally, I really like the supernatural and Occultism which are the things could and could not have a scientific explanation. For the reason of this, I thought about the ocean, we never know what kind of organisms living in the deep ocean. That was my idea come up to do something about the small organism and the large organism, which is shrimp and whale.

My metamorphoses artwork topic name is “The Big Dream”, the idea is about a small shrimp’s big dream is become a big whale, the artwork is showing the supernatural transformation of a shrimp to a whale. I did some research about the shape of shrimps and whales, and the colour of the live shrimp before I start the drawings. Then I found out the shape of shrimp and whale is really similar, they all have the same curve. So I decided to draw the curve shape that could make the transform smoother. There are six pages in my fan book, front cover and the five metamorphoses artworks. After the class discussion, I tried about the dark blue gradient colour background with the white outline, but it can’t see the changing happening, so I just use water colour for the artworks. The colour that I chose is more similar with the live colour, because both of them is living in the sea. Therefore, I used the white background with black outline and used the water colour to create the live colour. I think the water colour work well with that texture paper, I was very enjoy working on this project, that help me improve my drawing skill a lot as well.

Beside the main project, we also had fun during the class. Alex showed us some examples of metamorphosing and we saw some interesting fan books that designed by last year student, we were moulding characters out of a novel by using the toys that he brought and the play-doh, then we did some sketches. Our models were too complicated to sketch, got many layers for the clothes design. That was fun with play-dohs.

Reflection – Future

Future was my second specialist module and was completely different to the first strategy specialist. The futures module was a challenging but interesting learning experience. When the first time i got the brief I thought this will be a written assessment in a boring word document, because i saw that word limit 300~400. But I was wrong with it. This specialist module had a lots of fun and interesting! At the beginning of the class we were paired up with another classmate, both of us chose a song that is important to ourselves, then we interviewed each other to find out why this song is important. This conversation was the most important part that we did not know! My partner was Caroline, her favorites song is 7 years by Lukas Graham, she said this song is very positive and always cheer her up. Acutely, I like this song as well because that make me think about our life time. This song wrote from 7 to only 60 years-old, because the singer’s father only has 60 years-old, he does not know what happens after his 60, so do I. How many 10 years that will have in our life time? We had dream when we was young, but have you keep the same dream and spend your life time to build on it. I was lucky to have this chance to study this song and make a packaging prompts about it.

What i did was burned the paper clock, the clock has 7 years in Roman number, which is the lyrics’s 7 years, a little boy wants to hold the time that same as sings and all the people who wants to catch the times, burning is the time lapse, I think fire burning and time lapse are very close, things been past and disappear. I very like this project, that remind me treasure of youth by working on the 7 years song.

Reflection – Strategy

The strategy module was the hardest of the three specialist streams I think. Strategy is what a company develops to differentiate itself from competitors’ actual or predicted moves. Our clients’ business strategies also form the framework for our design strategies. Design strategy refers to the integrated, holistic planning process examining the interplay between design and business strategy. Essentially the brief in this class was to dissect and explore a prominent brand. I chose to explore MUJI as it is a wide variety of good quality products including household goods, apparel and food company. MUJI values are all about simplicity, moderation, humility and self-restraint. I wanted to learn how the company behind the branding managed to create such an effective visual identity despite the obvious challenges. They have a strong brand personality from the company name which is “no-brand quality goods” for their all the products and they never changed their 3 business core principles: - Selection of materials -Streamlining of processes -Simplification of packages

I had deep research into this brand, looking at as many case studies I could, I found out that MUJI's products, born from an extremely rational manufacturing process, are succinct, but they are not in the minimalist style. We have been credited with being “resource-saving”, “low-priced”, “simple”, “anonymous” and “natureoriented”. Without placing a disproportionate emphasis on anyone of these varied assessments, MUJI aims to live up to all.Its origin was a thorough rationalization of the manufacturing process with an eye to creating simple, low-cost, good quality products. Through research I knew a successful company not only need high-quality products, but also need to focus on their design strategy, because a good design strategy can enhance the visibility of business.

CORE CLASS FINAL “FOOD”

Finally event day, do you think the makers are done? NO!!! We still aimed early to help Adrian’s furniture group more and arrange tables and chairs. Due to the Bureau of Meteorology forecasts that 95% chance of rain, most likely in the late moring and afternoon, so Adrian has given up his ourdoor fuunitures set up plan, we helped him quicky arrange the furnitures indoor. That was very great contingent response strategy, and the set up indoor still look nice as well. Charlotte brought some computer stands to Sylvie's group. They were using computer stands to fix the position of the projectors. At the begning of the event, we could see some of the outcome that we helped before, such as the event map from Kate's group, the phone stand from Yusa's group, the big mouth from Polly's group, the camera filters form Clarence's group, the furniture set up from' Adrian's group and the computer stands for projectors from Sylvies's group. There were six groups we had help, almost one group for each of the makers! At 11am, Andy showed up! We were heading to the victoria market all together using our tote bag, to buy some fruit and I bought a sweet pineapple. Our group bought 6 different fruits: watermelon, pineapple, blue berries, mandarins, kiwis and strawberries. Each of us spent about 3 dollars on buying fruit. There were a lots of fruit from each of the students, the fruit salad was very nice and fresh.

CORE CLASS WEEK #13

This week was the last week of the Semester and the final week for the food project, our group agreed to help Polly's group out on Tuesday cutting out the printed paper mouths. That day was the hardest day of this Semester!!! We never seen that much of cutting before!!! What we did were cutting out two differents part of the mouth from printed papers, cutting out the curves of the red cardboard and sticking the mouths on the red cardboard. We made 8 sheets of red cardboard, 320 mouths, and 640 lips... That only 5 of makers, we have been working for this about 8 hours!!! From 12.30pm to 8.30pm, Charlotte leave at 5pm. The mouths almost made us crazy, but we still finish the task Polly that asked. For this I think we amazed by ours hard work and effort. We were not only spend all the time with those, and also helped Yusa with her folding phone stands. Unfortunate, I still did not get the last step of folding that phone stands, so I helped to fold all the steps and left the last for my groupmates. We speed up with folding the phone stands, because of the great teamwork! I think everyone in this team all doing a great jobs, as Renae said all the members in our team have kept motivated, put in a lot of time and effort and I’m really happy with all that we’ve done!

CORE CLASS WEEK #12

We were getting as busy as we expect before, therefore we need to made up our group calender used to orgarise potential jobs for the groups we were regularly talking to. We would check in with them regularly to see where they were and if they still needed our help in any point of their process, to make sure we got around to helping out everyone. I thought that was a very good idea to organise the jobs out so we got a month planer calender, writing in the jobs that we already check in, and 4w (when, where, what, who). During the class, I brought my materials and tools to help Clarence's group. I showed them the correct way use blade to cut cardboard and discussed about the maesurement of the frame. Some of the boards was not profect rectangle that made the wrong frame measurement, I helped to correct it and cutted out a profect measurement frame for example. As we cutted with a profect measurement, that made me work very fast and I helped them finish the frame part. I loan my tools to them after I finshed help, they had thanked me for helping them out.

At Friday, the "makers pals" helped Kate's group folding map, we have 8 people working at the same time, the maps were finish quick at the end we all getting the wet ink onto our fingers, we laughing at each others pink hands. Charlotte also helped out Sylvie's group with sourcing a stand for their projectors and we were also able to have time to learn how to fold Yusa’s printed phone stands. Folding the phone stands was a lot harder than the map, we all did the wrong way at first, Tristan and Yusa were teaching us step by step but I still couldn't get though it. This week we were very very busy, finaly we had things to busy with.

CORE CLASS WEEK #11

Last few weeks we were expecting to help others do some production or help them in any ways, but always not much to do. So our group most of the people inclouding me start to panicky, we worry about our final marks, waorry about if no one need our help or our group will doing all the work at the last minute then we will get a lots of jobs that we can not handle and having to turn some groups aways. We asked Andy about those questions, he told us everything will be fine, because we don't get much to do and nothing to do were part of our learning and the prosses. We may not have work to do now, but we could help the final event, we may not have a actual outcome but the event will be our final outcome. That made me feel more confident with our group, we started to try our best to get more wrok for our group. We did the promotion at Monday' s class, telling them we are the "makers pals",and we went around to ask other groups at Tuesday. That actually works, we had a lot responds during face to face and by email as well. Our group was alive when we got those request, we talk to each of them, know about what they doing and which part need help. We also discuess about the schedule, next week will make up a timetable for helping people.

For myself, I asked Clarence's group and their making the physical camera filters, they showed me examples that is colour filter with paper frame. So I offer them my idea about the foamboard and cardboard, because those are more stronger than paper, they kindly accected my idea and asked for example of both boards. We met at Friday with my examples, after the testing they planed to use the cardboard for filters, and foamboard for instruction. They booked my time at next Tuesday with materials and tools to help them with their production.

CORE CLASS WEEK #10

This week basically our group was begging for workfor people who asked us for help. We were going out to the Alumni Courtyard and counting the amount of chairs and tables and the different kinds there was for Adrian’s furniture group. The final idea for their group were re-using the furnitures which are existing from the Courtyard, and they re-arrange the set up of the furnitures. So they needed to know what was there to be used. We walked around to count the furnitures one by one, took pictures of the kinds of tables or chairs as well as listing the information that we got for them. Mostly we work in cooperation, I helped with the counting, the describetion, someone took pictures to confirm, someone recorded, and someone confirm the counting. Do not think that was easy, because there have 14 kinds of furnitures in total, and we need to describe each of them. After this we still walked around to talk to the other groups, try to offer our help. We also be surprised another group’s model replaced with ours, I shame for our little modle because the new one was bigger and useable.

Our group were interesting about fruniture for the event set up, so I did some research about the event venue setup. The activities suggested above are usually undertaken in the last 24 hours before the event commences. One of the main reasons why a venue cannot be set up earlier is that it may be in use. It is not really practical to begin positioning equipment until there are no more activities and no more usage of the venue before the event commences. To do so may risk theft, breakage and damage that may severely impact on the event. CORE CLASS WEEK #9

Andy asked made Rapid Prototypes of our projects using paper, card and other found materials. I did some research about "Rapid Prototypes". Rapid Prototypes, a group of techniques used to quickly fabricate a scale model of a physical part or assembly using three-dimensional computer aided design data.Construction of the part or assembly is usually done using 3D printing or "additive layer manufacturing" technology. -https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapid_prototyping Andy said the low-fi prototypes are like sketching in 3D, and they not only allow you to “think with your hands,” moving your ideas from the abstract or virtual space into the material world, but are also useful for evaluating the effects of your designs on each other.

I think made the Rapid Prototypes model could help us get some idea about the event set up and decorations, because that is like a event in rehearsal. The "makers pals" finally got something to do with, that was to masure that tent of the Alumni Court. We masured it with a 3 meter long string to get the roughly masurement. Charlotte and me hold the string and count, the rest recorded and calculated. April suggested making it to scale but this was something my group decided against doing as Andy was only getting us to trial paper models and the materials we were provided didn’t allow us to make a big enough version to be a scale model. So our creative members builded a roughly model in 15 minute with the thin card board. We did our best to use that limited materials to create this little model.

CORE CLASS WEEK #8

During the class, we puted up our posters in the room and give flyers out to other teams after giving them a brief overview introduction. We found several groups willing to work with us and make use of our help. Our group got the first "customer" which is Group 23 Adrian' group to disusses during the week 8 class. That made us really exacting just like we got the first job. They came over to us and began discussing that they might need us to help in the furniture set up and sourcing anout the material. What they willing to do was similar with our Part 1 ideas, there were including:

- Thick cardboard/wood for a table top - Wooden Pallets - Bricks to leverage the table top - Milk crates used for seating - Pillows or beanbags for seating

I think all of those were very great, and I had some of the Wooden Pallets that could help provide for them if they need it, they Wwere very interesing. I told them the actual size, numbers that I have, and discussing about the transportation with them, but in my point of view, the transportation was the hardest part because Wooden Pallets is very heavy and they need to know the accuracy number that needs.

CORE CLASS WEEK #7

After our week 6 presentation Andy saw us had a lot of ideas, and because our group is such a large group we had that potential to distribute our members out into helping other groups with things they need making, to becoming the "makers" team. We had a serious disussion about this suggestion, then we decided to go a head and discover with it. We decided to make an email and make some flyers to promote about our team. The first name that we decided to use was "makers mate", but the email account could not register with this name, so we change to "makers pals". Charlotte very quickly created a new gmail account and give its name ’maker pals.’ Renae designed this lovely flyer to putting our purpose out there for others immediately, hence, making this cute little flyer, intending for it to be friendly, cute and crafting in appearance. We expected some one ask for help next week after we put up our flyers onto the wall and post up on the Facebook group page. Hopefully, we can get some tasks to do.

Group Presentation

Week 6 23/07/2016

As a team we decided on looking at the area of ‘Locate’ which would deal with the furnishing and decorative side of the event. Hence, during our presentation of ideas we decided to put together a mood board of our ideas and alternatives of these particular things. We looked over the values that all of us as a class came up with and in doing so pieced together our own aims in regards to the selected area. These include: inclusiveness, creating a functional space that fits the group’s values, making use of things available to us and seeking opportunities, creating a fun, friendly environment. Some of these will be achieved through looking at seating placement, reusing what is readily available to us and reimagining the function of these items to fit to our needs, looking at alternative uses of things in the case that the event takes place indoors or outdoors, looking to use simple, everyday items to create uniqueness and attribute to familiarity which can imply that fun, friendly environment.

A lot of the things we looked at are actually quite simple, cheap yet creative and with these simple things we can put our own creative twist on them. We are also looking at creating a friendly seating environment that doesn’t create any sort of hierarchy. Looking to create inclusiveness and equality. Low seating is another thing we are mainly looking toward that is a bit more casual and allows those seated to move around a little more freely. In working together to achieve what we are wanting we are looking to keep in regular contact through social media, Google Docs which will allow us to throw all our ideas into one thing and if need be face to face discussion can take place on Friday’s. A timeline may even be put in place, especially to keep up with other groups (for example if they need to know what is going on before they go forward with what they are doing or in the case that we need to do the same).

After giving our presentation we did a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). Due to our group being one of the very last and having gone over the class time we presented our group’s presentation after the end of class having only Andy and just a few students who stayed back to present to, not being able to get a full analysis of our ideas. Andy did however make comment on a few things:

Strengths - Being available and open to aiding in other groups - Variety of ideas

Weaknesses - Wasn’t something that was discussed. Opportunities - To make and craft things - Working with lots of other groups and being available for use to them Threats Wasn’t something that was discussed, but I did notice that other groups were working on similar things that we were and so maybe there are too many people on this task?

CORE CLASS WEEK #6

Our group were doing LOCATE, we had discuss about furniture and decorate, we got a lots of ideas, almost each of us had different idea. All of us were aiming to use the recycle things for the eco friendly environment and less cost. So my ideas was all about recycles, easy to get.

AIMS:

- Inclusiveness

- Creating a functional space that fits to the group’s values

- Making use of he things available to us and seeking opportunities

- Create a fun, friendly environment

Instant Coffee (Art collective)

Andy introduced us Instant Coffee collective is a service oriented artist collective based founded in Toronto, and now based in both Vancouver and Toronto. Andy pointed out to the need to work together, the article he handed to us stating that the collaborative work that Instant Coffee do gives them a ready-made audience and hence enabling them to get instant feedback.As a cooperative team, the experience design is more focused on the source of this collective project as a source of inspiration for our own group.

What is Instant Coffee’s Manifesto?

With wavering clarity we understand that what we do is confined to the limitations of representation and we’re okay with that. As a product and service Instant Coffee is an effective substitute: It mimics the real thing without the pretense of being better. It isn’t that much easier to make, which is reason enough to justify it. Taste is a factor, taste being an important way to designate quality and define preference. But quality is too particular and preferences change. They are superfluous really, misnomers that distract from the basic reasons for ingesting either the real thing or its substitute. Value is in their effect. In its taste, Instant Coffee barely resembles the real thing, but its effect is the same. Regardless of taste, it still works. Quality is beside the point. In this disregard Instant Coffee becomes a medium to be used. This is Instant Coffee.

Fallen Fruit

Fallen Fruit is an art collaboration originally conceived in 2004 by David Burns, Matias Viegener and Austin Young. The collaboration has expanded to include serialized public projects and site-specific installations and happenings in various cities around the world. By always working with fruit as a material or media, the catalogue of projects and works reimagine public interactions with the margins of urban space, systems of community and narrative real-time experience.This reflects the core values of the design collective around the center of democracy and community and forms a deeper relationship.

“ Fruit is a transcultural symbol of sharing.”

We never know how many kind of fruit that we had in the world, but i know they are everywhere, they are the origin food and amazing food. Fruit ia symbol of goodness and generosity in almost all cultures in the world. This case study allowed me to think about the way food activates in our community and how we could design around food. As Andy have mentioned, think about what everybody will enjoy, but without being too easy or genetic. This is how Fallen Fruit attracts such a wide audience, allowing people not just to pick fruit but acknowledging their audience has many voices, many stories and giving them the chance to tell these stories of their neighbourhoods.

week 4.1

Andy asked us re-map our own ‘Meet in a nice place’ experience onto: locate, communicate, activate, and document.

Locate: our meeting area is an open area, there are some bars and food trucks.We can choose our favourite food, my group very like burgs and chips, so each of us had bought a hamburger, and we shared chips. After buying food, we found some wooden chairs and table in that place, and each table has a big umbrella, these furniture add a pleasant atmosphere for customers. By the way, before we go to this place, we used goole map and it showed us how to go.

Communication: we check the opening time and the mean on the website, and we also can know where is this area and how can we get there. welcometothornbury.com

We also can get some information from Facebook and Instagram. There are a lot of nice photos in Instagram.

Activate: menus–show as some pictures of food and introduction

Small decorative lamps, I love these colourful decorative lamps, staff hung them on the tree and when we look up at the sky, we can see them.

CORE CLASS WEEK #5

“Make a Salad” - Alison Knowles

Alison Knowles is an American visual artist and performance artist we looked at. She was invited and collaborated with Julia Sherman to perform her art ‘make a salad’ on top of the MOMA PS1 roof top salad garden. During the performance, the audience listened to the process of her ‘making a salad’ through headphones featuring the sounds of her chopping, cutting and throwing.“Make a salad” originally performed in London in 1962, when she prepared a salad for 300 participants.

Alison Knowles is known for her sound works, installations, performances, and publications as well as her collaborations with John Cage and Dick Higgins. Knowles has exhibited her work at numerous institutions and is the recipient of multiple grants and awards, including a Documenta Professorship at the Kunstakaedmie Kassel, the College Art Association Lifetime Achievement Award, and a Guggenheim Fellowship.

I like this idea for make a salad, but that is hard to get around 100 people salads. The way they did it was very professional, they had done some studies about this project. While each iteration of the piece is unique, the basic ingredients include Knowles preparing a massive salad by chopping the ingredients to live music, tossing it in the air, then serving it to the audience.

Meet at a nice restaurant

Week 2 31/07/2016

After Andy talked through his work in creating an alternative to the traditional runway fashion show, where the models walk up and down a runway, creating it so they take course in a radial path, he dove on into speaking about a restaurant experience he had.

Andy said it was one of the greatest experiences he had, but why? What made it so great? Well…nothing really, nothing other than it being an established thing, having it being called something made it special, having it probably dated in his calendar and the anticipation for the date getting closer and then leaving to go there, not knowing what to expect.The structure around it and the fact it was likely documented. Who knows, perhaps it’s all these factors?

I suppose every has their values and ideas of a special experience around food. I learnt this a little more when going out with my group to eat as we talked over the project.

I honestly admit, this was a really nice night, taking photos and getting to know everyone in the group, what they did before entering this course and what they like about the course. I think that’s something I like, food creates experiences and brings people together. Andy was right to say food is able to do so, so much.

So ‘Welcome to Thornbury’ is where my group headed out to for the night. I loved the look of it, the signage is very ‘Las Vegas’ looking. Other’s like the one below though is very much like the speed stroke, brush lettering popular to 1950-1960s signage, one of my favourite lettering styles actually, I really really love this style and the way it attracts without screaming at you, it’s bold but friendly.

So anyway, enough about the look of the place, but if you’d like to find out more as I did because this place seemed really interesting and different to what I am used to and was really quite unique, the style of it and function. It was just really friendly and the way it was set up and designed I think is really quite smart, so smart it earned itself a design award, you heard that right, yes it did and that’s exactly what we expected right? Ok, crazy-obsessive-lettering-and-signage-design-moment over, haha! Back to the food. But of course the design of the space and decorative aspects is important to the food of course, it creates….an experience ;)

Anyhow, so this place was quite nice, the food trucks provided variety and so we were able to have a choice in what we ate, we could also get drinks and the place seemed very friendly and welcoming. There were people with their dogs there which was nice to see and people chatting and laughing. The place had this really nice setting to it really, it felt relaxing and upon ordering food you could sit down and you were given this digital plate thing…digital plate thing…yes, I have no idea what it was called…some futuristic gadget beyond my comprehension…it must be from the fuuuutttuuurrreee (it really isn’t although I have never been to a place that uses them). So it was nice to be able to chat with my group while waiting for food and then to go get it when the UDO (unidentified digital object, haha…hey but isn’t that what a lot of things are these days? XD) went off.

We chatted about the group project. The thing I wanted to establish with my group were shared values, I thought it would be a good idea to see what everyone thought this event should initially do. To bring people together, to bring certain feelings or bring up memories, anything really. It was really just a discussion of options, nothing set in stone of course. One of the members suggested a BBQ and how that was quite simple, not requiring a lot of effort and doesn’t make things so formal like the food truck space we were at, it’s not intimidating and gives a friendlier feel, just everyone together standing or sitting, being able to chat with each other. Someone else also suggested Chinese hot pot, which I had never heard of which was a nice surprise, I like the idea of people sharing their culture through food because it’s not just food they are sharing but the experience of it like in the short clip of Mai Ueda in her tea ceremony where the guests had dressed and sat on cushions. I have had several experiences eating foods from different cultures being friends with beautiful people from all different backgrounds. And it is, it isn’t just eating food, it’s being part of an experience and it’s so unique and amazing and wonderful to share that, to not only have someone share that but to also then share your experience and culture with others.

One thing I think of when thinking about food is Christmas and the stories from my grandparents who are of Dutch origin. I love their stories of Christmas and the stories they have around the food they ate, it always put a smile on my grandmother’s face talking about the ginger biscuits she would receive on Christmas morning by ‘Zwarte Piet’. It’s one of the many stories I won’t forget and having her share her stories and the food her family made for her is one of my favourite things.

So but I think heading into this project everyone is going to have their values and the best way to go about this is to hopefully make sure we touch on all, if not most of them, because I think that’s what food is all about, sharing, compromise and doing something together.

“Meet in a nice restaurant”

In Tuesday class, we finally met all the group members, we got six people!!! There are Charlotte, Renae, Evangeline, Caroline, Miranda and me~ We had our nice conversation and we asked to organize a meeting in a nice restaurant. Then Charlotte recommended to meet at ‘Welcome to Thornbury’. Firstly, we met at school then i drive there, that was not far never by the city. This was a really nice night, and there was open era with umbrella,sets but no heater!!!

Acutely we were new to each other, so our conversation almost includes everything! We had discuss about our FOOD project and presentation, our interests, or even our learning experience. We stared to know more about the others, we also came up some ideas for the FOOD project, such as BBQ bring your own food, could share or all for yourself, Chinese hot pot with the flavor that you like.

CORE CLASS WEEK #2

We then dedicated the first activity to preparing for the first of our Friday “Soup Kitchens” that will happen instead of the scheduled Friday lecture for this course. These “autonomous learning zones” are intended as a space for conversations between yourselves, with invited guests, professional creatives, as well as 2nd and 3rd year students, discussing everything on and around the world of design.

The reason for made this suggestion because we are doing a food project, we never know who has allergies with some food, or some of the people is vegetarians, we might need to make some option for the.

Mai Ueda’s “World Tea Gathering”

Andy had shared us a video by Pascal Perich; a New York based photographer & filmmaker, which starred a Japanese artist, Ueda Mai based in New York. In this video Mai Ueda performing a Tea Ceremony at the R & Company Gallery in New York City in October 2015 on the "Tawaraya" Boxing Ring designed by Masanori Umeda presented in the 1981 Memphis Exhibition. Mai is wearing Olympia Le-Tan.Mochi Sweet (Square) prepared by Fujiko Aoki. From this case study, we are able to better understand that the distinction between the participating artists / host and the audience. Acutely gathering and having tea on a boxing ring look very interesting because normally that might not have relation between both of them, i never watch boxing while i am having tea. This case help me know about the creative process / food preparation for our food project.
