“I think you’re cool, should I take that back too?” He gave her a mock-questioning look. Grey then smiled deviously. “Come with me to New York. One day! They won’t realize we’re gone.”

“My coolness is not defined by your opinion, mister, so take it back if you must!” She said, faking a dramatic sigh. “Okay, first, WHAT? Second, how did you even come up with it? And third, I’m giving you maybe for the time being.”

“No manches…that makes him two years my junior,” Jaime smiled excitedly. “You’re honestly going to make me lose focus and he reads Camus?!” He turned around. “When’s his next concert?! We’re going. I need a little Colombian booty in my life right now.” 

“Yes. He does. I saw him talking about it on an interview and I swear I felt my heart stop.” Eris laughed. “I think he’s actually got one coming up this week. But it’s in Las Vegas.” She pouted. “I really wanna see him, thought, like, he’s so young right now.” She chuckled, rolling her eyes at her own fangirling.

“I would highly suggest you pay attention on how we draw sigils. This is important if we want to get home as quickly as possible.”

“Yeah, yeah but do you realize Maluma’s only 23 right now? He’s literally my age.” She grinned excitedly. “Imagine hooking up with him? Also, did you know he reads Camus?”

Minnie nodded. “There’s a couple around here…”  She smiled a little with a small laugh. “Tulio though, I think I know him the best… I think there’s him and Miguel..and their children now?” 

“Sí, I’m one of those kids... Tulio’s oldest. Eris. Nice to meet you.” Eris extended her hand.

Eris stared at her, considering the question. “I have no idea, honestly. If all the sci-fi movies and books I watch are trustworthy, my bets on us going back to the day we left.”

Izzie sighed at Iris’ reaction as she walked past the blonde to approach Eris with a grin. “Hey, sorry…she’s kind of y’know, but anyways. I heard you were looking for some people? Maybe I could help?” 

“I see.” She rolled her eyes at Isis’ back before smiling at the girl. “Hola. Yep. Any Dorante you know would be great. Seriously. I’m that desperate.”

Elena’s eyes grew wide as she examined the unfamiliar face and stopped in her tracks when she heard the Spanish roll off of the girl’s tongue. It took her a few moments after being greeted to respond. “Hello,” she swallowed hard, “You, uh… you aren’t related to me… are you?”

Eris stared at the girl, trying to remember if she’d ever seen her before. Nope. definitely not Miguel’s or Diego’s daughter. Or Altivo’s. “Pretty sure we aren’t, but what’s you name?”

Jasmine saw the other girl struggling and waited for the first girl to leave before approaching her, offering a smile. “Maybe not an asshole, just shaken up?” She asked. “I haven’t seen either of them, so I can’t really be any immediate help, but I could help you look?”

Eris chuckled. “From what I’ve heard about her, it’s probably the asshole thing.” She grinned. “That would be awesome, really. Thanks! I’m Eris.”

“No luck finding the family?” He chuckled, seeing Isis leave. “She’s actually really cool once you get to know her.” Grey handed Eris a bottle of water. “Here. Drink that so that you can spit it out dramatically while you hear my plan.”

“No. I’m officially giving up, at least for now.” She glared at the girl’s retreating back. “I think you and I have different definitions of cool.” She took the bottle and rolled her eyes playfully. “Payaso. Tell me the plan.”

“Tulio? I do know a Tulio.” Anya had to admit the high volume of people walking around the campus was odd but didn’t see a point in asking about it. Noticing the rather scared look on the other girls face she smiled softly, “Are you alright dear?”

Eris looked at the gir slure she probably knew her in the future, as one of her dad’s friends. But who... “Yeah, yeah, I’m uh, his cousin so I wanted to meet with him but I’m a little lost.” She offered her hand. “Eris Dorante, encantada de conocerte.”

“I don’t know Alex but…Tulio?” Altivo watched the girl with a smile on his face. “Vaya, linda. No me digas que eres suya? Pero qué gusto conocerte!”

“Tío Altivo! Damn you’re hot. I mean were, I mean you still are in the future but... This is deeply inappropriate.” Eris nodded. “Sí, por eso lo busco. Igual, aunque... yo ya te conocía, en realidad.”
