I have not had a day to myself to draw (and not be deathly ill) at the same time for a while, so I finally finished these mushrooms!

In my art journal tonight My cat is sick and in the hospital and I'm trying to distract myself.

ANYWAY, there's an urban legend that at the end of her life, Queen Victoria was wider than she was tall. This clearly isn't true.

I've also heard it's actually that her *circumference* was more than her height. That certainly sounds more plausible and I think I heard Stephen Fry say it once, so that's good enough for me.

But in any case, me and my husband have been playing Civilization 7 (and talking about how cute Victoria was in Civ 6), so it came up, and I couldn't get the thought of her being wider than tall out of my head, so I had to draw it to completely picture it. Also monarchy and the royal family is dumb, make fun of them all the time.

This is me in 2011 I showed this to my best Gen Z friend and she said it woulda done numbers back in old school Tumblr and it made me feel good lol I quit smoking in 2017 and also stopped cutting my own hair around then, too.
