Defect, Flaw, Error, Fault... It seems like all sorts of automatons are popping up. Do you think something would happen if you all came together? Maybe you'd be able to transform into a single flawless machine.

The Defect makes a stuttery trill, something akin to laughter. That does sound like fun... But they're all just friends.

Or, well, it hopes Flaw will be friends with Fault and Error... But they were always the more outgoing between the two of them. There's nothing to worry about.

Error twitters a bit, before projecting a shaky hologram from its visor. It’s of a construct similar in shape to Error, but a lot less broken down.

The Centurion class automaton is designed to be a shock trooper, capable of smashing through enemy lines with relative ease. Due to their highly frontline role, they are designed as heavy duty troops, similar to the outdated Bronze Automatons, but more compact. Due to this, the usual orb technology would be far less effective on them, leading to the development of the orb cannon. However, they struggle with energy. Many solutions have been attempted, but the most effective was an additional core, which unfortunately overcorrected the problem.

It pulls Defect into a bear hug.

It makes a lightly surprised chirp before reciprocating. An upside to being a construct is that you don't have lungs to breathe with, making for long, tight, cuddly hugs. It reciprocates with all its might, though it's nowhere near as strong (even if the average Preonian would probably get crushed by the force). "Doing well? Nice to see here!"
