This is my starter his name is David! He was started from sultanas, sugar and water in a jar for about a week and has been feed most days with. Approx ~ 50g boiled water (past tense) and wholemeal flour (I don’t do precise measurements) not quite daily cause it’s pretty cold where I’m at and it seems to keep him happy and bubbling. I would like to stress I have done a limited amount of research and going off what I feel in my soul and off hand conversations I have had with some friends who have starters, the general vibes I got from those conversations was very much, try stuff, see what works. But I still need help and could benefit from knowing more ty @gegemakesbread for their advice so far

I succeeded making a sourdough starter. It is alive still. I don’t know what I’m doing. I have no experience making bread. I have an oven but no bread tin. If anyone sees this please help.
