Si los agentes del ICE (Departamento de Inmigracion) se presentan en su casa:

1- No abra la puerta, pero mantenga la calma. Usted tambien tiene derechos.

2- Preguntele el motivo de la visita (Y pida un interprete en caso de que lo necesite)

3- Si le piden entrar a su casa, preguntele si tienen una orden FIRMADA POR UN JUEZ*. Si tienen la orden, pidale que se la muestren (a travez de la ventana o pasandola por debajo de la puerta).

4- Si NO tienen una orden FIRMADA POR UN JUEZ*, usted tiene el derecho de prohibirles entrar a su casa. Pidales que dejen cualquier informacion en la puerta o en su buzon.

4- En caso de que entren por la fuerza, no se resista. Pidale a todos en la casa que se mantengan en silencio y no digan nada.

5- En caso de que lo arresten, mantengase en silencio y no firme nada hasta que haya hablado con un abogado.
