i’m not thrilled about moving to instagram, but i’ll be reloading much of the images i’ve posted from this tumblr page to that platform. it seems inevitable that tumblr will disappear or just become so fucking obsolete that nobody will even bother to look at this. i have my small webstore here, but that may just go directly to bandcamp.

if you are a sex-worker using this platform, i commend you. i too had worked for a spell in the sex industry. the forthcoming deadline here at tumblr has compelled me to act on an idea i had ruminated around. as you may know, i record under the noise / power electronics / industrial moniker himukalt. much of this has to do with states of desire, rage, anxiety, etc as projected through the female body. mostly this has been my own voice articulating this, but there are others whom i've appropriated into the work.

so i am asking if there are any female sex workers who would like to contribute a voice recording that could be used on a future album of mine.

i’ve updated the store page here on the tumblr site. the newly published himukalt cassette ‘between my teeth’ is now available. i don’t have many of these and thus i have to charge $12.00 postage paid in the us. overseas customers will be asked to pay extra.
