I am officially withdrawing my support from Permamonika/Prophecy

I was willing to play devil's advocate, and I'm sad to say that I made a mistake. I want to stay out of discourse as much as humanly possible, but I want to claim the credit that my misused art deserves. I will not say anything on the grooming and predator allegations, as it is not my place, and I'm still not sure if it's true or not. To make it clear, I did not experience any grooming or predator behaviour.

I joined Prophecy's server as a mod and offered to design and draw a sona for them for free. I sort of sucked up to them and wanted to feel like I was gaining some sort of status from doing this. See drawn sona below.

Prophecy was very happy with this design, and I was sort of high on praise, as my art doesn't really get much attention. I offered to draw some graphics and emojis to go with it, again, all for free.

I also currently have 2 paid commissions I'm working on, along with IRL medical issues, financial issues and severe family issues. So, it was taking me a bit longer to meet my desired deadlines, and I already felt guilty for running behind on my paid commissions. A day after I had offered the free emojis...

Yeah, I felt really rushed. Free art wasn't exactly my top priority, and that same day I had a fight with my parents which made me have to stay at my fiance's. So, obviously 1 day wasn't enough to get at least 8 graphics done with all the other factors.

Today, I opened my phone to....

Keep in mind, I had already posted on the server that I was actively working on the graphics.

My artwork was fed through AI without my consent to make emojis...which were then used in both the server and Prophecy's blog without any credit to me.

Once I had a second, I sent Prophecy a DM, really confused by the whole situation. The DMs can be seen below, I believe they speak for themselves. None of the conversation was cut out, this is the full thing.

This is where is started getting out of hand, I tried to just end the conflict easily but Prophecy just kept going. I started to feel gaslit. I was starting to think "maybe I am making a bigger deal out of this than I should be", which I was already susceptible to as an abuse survivour. Without my fiance beside me to reassure me, I probably would jave just backed down with a quiet "I'm sorry, I'll stop talking".

That was my last straw. I felt like I was being talked down to. "Don't respond/answer yet" was something my past abusers did, and I wasn't having it this time.

I wasn't trying to appear like I was "talking down" to you, I was being genuine, trying to explain my point of view on things, and deescalate the situation. Which you took offensively, and I don't know if that is because you've genuine kept making more and more assumptions.

I'll agree. I was originally aggressive because I was randomly messaged, then being accused of something that WAS NOT my intention. That was my fault, and I sincerely apologize.

The whole "don't answer yet" wasn't me trying to manipulative. As, again i was trying to explain with more detail as to what was my thought process.

Unfortunate that I'm "called out" over something like AI, but this is pretty tame to everything else people claim I did, so whatever.

I kept my promise despite this, and removed the ai content under a good gracious, mainly because I felt bad for something I shouldn't feel bad for. But, y'know.
