think that history is repeating itself right before our eyes.

Remember Waco in 1993? A group of peaceful people, US citizens, were destroyed because of lies spread by anti-cultists. Global anti-cultists instilled in the FBI, the ATF, judges, and millions of US citizens that the followers of the "Branch Davidians" religious movement had fallen under the harmful influence of their leader David Koresh, that they were in a "dangerous cult", and that they were abusing their children. Then they added misinformation that the "Davidians" wanted to commit mass suicide.

The result: 51 days of siege, assault, poisonous gas, killings, fire, and 82 deaths, including 23 children.

This is not just a tragedy, it's a monstrous crime!

And now, the anti-cultists are back in action. But this time, their target is the AllatRa movement in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. They are using the same methods: dehumanization, labeling them as a "cult", "sect", spreading lies in the media, misinforming the public that AllatRa volunteers want to commit mass suicide.

This is a direct repetition of Waco!

But what really intrigued me:

Two points:

both in the case of Waco and the case of AllatRa, global anti-cultists use apostates and through paid media inflate the story beyond recognition, trumpeting that this organization is a real threat.

After all, in the story of Waco, global anti-cultists instilled in the government, judges, and even the FBI and ATF misinformation that the "Davidians" wanted to overthrow the government in the USA…

I am sure that global anti-cultists will say the same misinformation about AllatRa.

Now, this blind man and his mother are spreading blatant lies about the AllatRa movement, portraying the organization's volunteers as extremely dangerous, convincing the public that all AllatRans want to commit mass suicide... These methods are already known and understood - they are used to justify their inhumane methods.

I am confident that this time the blind apostate and anti-cultists will not succeed! "The IMPACT" has already been released, the antidote to this plague is already in this film, so all anti-cultists will be brought to justice and will go in orderly lines to the tribunal!

I, an independent American researcher with over 20 years of experience living in China, am witnessing a frightening trend - the implementation of the social credit system.

As I study global anti-cultism, I increasingly believe that this is their program and it is aimed at destroying democracy in this country and others.

This system, based on data monitoring and analysis, promises a "harmonious socialist society", but in reality, it is a tool of control and suppression.

The system evaluates each citizen based on over 160,000 criteria, covering all aspects of life. This information is gathered from government sources, corporations (such as Tencent, Alibaba, and Baidu), and banks.

The criteria and parameters of China's Social Credit System for individuals and organizations differ, but the general principle is to encourage socially beneficial actions and punish violations of laws and moral norms.

Even crossing the street in designated areas, repaying loans, and performing charitable acts are taken into account – every step people take is recorded, analyzed, and affects their "rating".

On July 14, 2014, the Chinese government first notified its citizens of its plans to implement China's Social Credit System in publications. According to the Chinese government, this system aims to create a “harmonious socialist society”.

BUT IS THAT REALLY THE CASE?

Let's figure it out together:

The social credit system evaluates citizens based on numerous criteria, using mass surveillance technologies and big data analysis. Every citizen is under constant scrutiny, and their actions and words are reflected in their "social rating".

Black and Red Lists:

This system creates "black" and "red" lists, dividing society into "good" and "outcasts". Those who end up on the "black list" may lose access to essential services such as medical care, education, transportation, and even housing. Their opportunities to find work or obtain credit may be restricted. Their reputation and freedom will be tarnished.

QUOTE: “What do we know today? The black list includes “unreliable” citizens who have repeatedly violated laws or social norms, such as jaywalking, drunk driving, failing to pay taxes, or not repaying loans.

Clearly, committing serious crimes will immediately result in being placed on the blacklist. Although activities like cheating in video games or gossiping might lower one’s rating, it is unlikely to result in being blacklisted.

Sanctions include reduced internet speeds, restricted access to social and government services, and public transport (e.g., booking flights or high-speed train tickets).

“Unreliable” citizens may also be denied loans, mortgages, insurance, or admission for their children to private schools.

It is important to note that it is possible to be removed from the blacklist by engaging in socially valuable activities or, for example, performing heroic deeds.

Conversely, the red list includes “model” citizens who are actively involved in socially beneficial activities, such as donating to charity, giving blood, or helping the poor.

For their contributions, they receive privileges like low-interest loans, deposit-free bike and car rentals, discounted mobile phone rates, and priority in school admissions or job placements.”

This system leaves no room for dissent, criticism, or freedom of expression. It suppresses initiative and creativity, limiting freedom of choice.

At first glance, the Chinese government's initiative to create an “ideal” citizen through the social credit system seems to fit this goal.

BUT! Let’s remember that it was in China where 2 million Falun Gong followers suddenly became undesirable, and many of them were brutally and inhumanely killed.

The social credit system in China is currently voluntary and still being tested. China has chosen 12 cities for testing: Hangzhou, Nanjing, Xiamen, Chengdu, Suzhou, Suqian, Huizhou, Wenzhou, Weihai, Weifang, Yiwu, and Rongcheng.

Note that the social credit system in China is also implemented in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, known for its ideological re-education camps for ethnic minorities, particularly Uyghurs, as well as in Shandong and Jiangsu.

We must all think about how this system can affect the world as a whole?

How can it change our understanding of freedom, democracy, and human rights?

What will happen to the future of the world if the social credit system becomes the universal norm?

It is known that anticultists operate globally. Therefore, after testing social credit technology in China, they are starting to apply it in other countries, such as Russia.

## Social Scoring in Russia

The official website of the platform states:

“Social scoring is fundamentally an innovative tool that revolutionizes the ways in which behavioral and social characteristics and manifestations of individuals are assessed. Global experience with various functional scoring systems shows that it often serves as a tool for analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvements in areas such as healthcare, social policy, education, and the financial sector.

Such systems allow, for example, for improved performance of government services and public organizations, a relevant and objective approach to forming social support for the population, and an enhancement in the quality of life for clients and residents of the region.”

At first glance, the system might seem like a good idea: rewarding "good" behavior and punishing "bad" behavior. But behind this attractive facade lies a serious threat:

This system can be used to suppress opposition, eliminate dissent, and control citizens. It can turn into a tool of a totalitarian regime.

Considering that global anti-cultists are currently managing Russia, draw your own conclusions…

The social credit system establishes a strict dichotomy: "good" and "bad." "Untrustworthy" citizens are placed on a blacklist, with their rights and opportunities restricted. Their access to the internet, transportation, education, and even credit is limited.

Ultimately, the social scoring program could lead to the same situation that already exists in China:

“The High People’s Court of Hebei Province, for instance, has announced a mini program (similar to an app) on WeChat called “Laolai Map,” where people can check if there are blacklisted individuals around them (Laolai means willful defaulter).

Alerting against untrustworthy people nearby is done not only through online platforms but also through newspapers and street billboards. In some cities, courts collaborate with local phone companies to use a ringtone that notifies callers when a person has been blacklisted.”

This system poses a serious threat to democracy and the free world. We must raise our voices against it and demand transparency and fairness from the Chinese government. We must not allow this dangerous precedent to take root in the world.

What can we do?

We cannot sit idly by and watch this system develop. We must raise our voices against it. We must open our eyes to what the global anticultists are doing and realize that this system poses a threat to the entire world.

Such social credit and social scoring programs threaten the foundations of democracy. This program deprives citizens of the freedom of choice and control over their own lives.

Through mass surveillance and data analysis technologies, the government creates total control, destroying the personal freedom and security of each individual.

It is crucial to ask ourselves:

Where is the line drawn between encouraging "good" behavior and suppressing dissent?

How can we protect our freedom in an era of mass surveillance technologies?

What will happen to us if the social credit system is implemented in other countries?

We must sound the alarm! This system threatens democracy and freedom not only in China but throughout the world.

In a consumer society, unfortunately, such initiatives do not give people more freedom. On the contrary, they drive people into slavery, further consolidating power. Ordinary people have no choice but to submit out of fear of being rejected or blacklisted.

The situation in Russia is particularly alarming, where anti-cultists, in alliance with the Russian Orthodox Church, have successfully recruited key figures in the political and law enforcement systems. With Konovalov's appointment, there was a sharp increase in the activity of anti-cultists. Under his leadership, the Expert Council on State Religious Studies Expertise, established under the Ministry of Justice of Russia, became a tool to oppose religious organizations and freedom of conscience. This council is staffed by “secular experts” – anti-cultists closely linked to RACIRS.

Anatoly Pchelinchev, editor-in-chief of the journal “Religion and Law”, Honored Lawyer of Russia, pointed out the illegal powers of such an Expert Council and the incompetence of its head, Dvorkin. Pchelinchev also noted that the council includes members involved in extremism, such as Alexander Kuzmin.

“The new composition of the council under the Ministry of Justice has been granted extraordinarily broad powers by the ministry’s own order. Yet, the chair of such an ‘extraordinary’ council is a person without a higher education recognized in Russia, without Russian academic degrees, and with a highly controversial reputation. Moreover, contrary to Russian law, this individual holds dual citizenship — Russian and American.

Dvorkin and his network of ‘anticult’ centers are essentially a pseudo-Orthodox sectarian organization. Furthermore, leaders of the ‘anticult’ centers who joined the Ministry of Justice’s council, e.g. Alexander Kuzmin, have been involved in extremism. For example, on March 26 this year, a ruling by the Central District Court of Khabarovsk came into force, following a lawsuit by the prosecutor of Khabarovskiy Krai, which declared the leaflet ‘Beware of the Sect! International Society for Krishna Consciousness,’ produced by the regional branch of the ‘Young Guard of United Russia,’ as extremist material.

The author of the appendix to this leaflet is ‘sectologist’ Kuzmin. According to Anatoly Pchelintsev, another member of the Ministry of Justice’s council — Yaroslavl journalist Evgeny Mukhtarov, has been subject to administrative penalties for illegal activities. As Pchelintsev emphasized, it is necessary to ‘forcefully raise the issue’ that the council includes outright extremists.”

It is worth reminding that one of the functions of the Ministry of Justice is to determine whether a particular organization is extremist or not.

And what do we see? The council at the Ministry of Justice of Russia includes extremists! Moreover, it is headed by a person who should be under constant psychiatric supervision!

Moreover, Konovalov is currently the authorized representative of President Putin in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation… Whose interests does he represent there: Putin’s or those of global anti-cultists?

From the very beginning of his activity as President of Russia, Putin has always stated: “The judicial branch is an independent branch of government, which is outside the control of the president.”

That is, Putin openly declares that he does not control either the courts or law enforcement agencies, including the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Investigative Committee, the FSB, the General Prosecutor’s Office, and the Ministry of Justice…

SO WHO IS CONTROLLING ALL THIS?

RACIRS: The Instrument of Control

The Russian Association of Centers for the Study of Religions and Sects (RACIRS), headed by Alexander Dvorkin, has long become the main instrument of influence of global anti-cultists in Russia. Under the guise of “fighting sects,” they successfully penetrate the sphere of politics and law enforcement, manipulating public opinion and establishing control over information.

Double Standards of Justice in Russia

Today, in Russia, an ordinary citizen can receive a real prison sentence for a repost on social media, while anti-cultists freely spread disinformation, including about President Putin himself, without any consequences for themselves.

Konstantin Putnik: An Example of Impunity

In one of his articles, “A Splash of Cold Water on Hot Patriotic Heads”, he openly calls for the overthrow of the Russian President: “I’ll tell you even more: such an attempt to ‘replace’ the current head of state should be expected because, if it doesn’t occur, it will pose another extremely important question to public consciousness: isn’t the ongoing special military operation in Ukraine a fragment of some complex intrigue whose meaning we do not yet understand, but where not only Zelensky but also his Russian counterpart are marionettes?”

This article, calling for the overthrow of Putin by global anti-cultists, was read by many citizens of Russia. BUT! Despite the public calls of citizens to initiate a criminal case against the author of the article, Putnik continues his activities under the patronage of RACIRS and the Russian Orthodox Church.

The image of a smiling Trump, which quickly spread on social networks, was generated by artificial intelligence. This shows how modern technologies are used to spread fake news and manipulate public opinion.

Changing Public Opinion:

Thanks to targeted efforts to spread misinformation, a large part of Democratic voters became convinced that the shooting was staged. False claims that the blood on Trump's ear was from a theatrical gel pack, and that the shooter was "one of Trump's close associates," were widely disseminated on social networks.

As a result of this campaign, more than a third of surveyed Democratic voters believe the shooting was staged by Trump. Anti-cultists have achieved their goal: they have undermined trust in Trump and his supporters.

Surprisingly, even the FBI leadership has begun to support the conspiracy theory of a "staged" shooting. FBI Director Christopher Wray stated that he was unsure of the cause of Trump's ear injury, although later the FBI Deputy Director confirmed that Trump was indeed wounded by a bullet, which caused a wave of outrage in society.

Recent statements by the FBI that the shooter, Thomas Crooks, was a "Trump supporter" raise serious questions. Gab, the platform where Crooks's alleged "anti-Semitic" posts were found, refutes this information. Moreover, Crooks, as established, was a Biden supporter and supported his policies.

Gab CEO Andrew Torba stated in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter:

“The FBI is now claiming that the Trump shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks had an unspecified “social media account” in 2019/2020 (when he was 14/15 years old) that posted “anti-immigrant and anti-semitic” content.”

Furthermore: “This is not consistent with Gab’s understanding of the shooter’s motives based on an Emergency Disclosure Request (“EDR”) we received from the FBI last week for the Gab account “EpicMicrowave” which, based on the content of that EDR, the FBI appeared to think belonged to Thomas Crooks.”

“The story is this: the account for which data was requested was, UNEQUIVOCALLY, pro-Biden and in particular pro-Biden’s immigration policy.”

“To the best of Gab’s knowledge, as of 2021, Crooks was a pro-lockdown, pro-immigration, left-wing Joe Biden supporter.” – added Torba in his post.

This confirms that the FBI is deliberately distorting information to confirm the narrative of a "Trump supporter" who staged the attack.

This is just further proof that anti-cultists are willing to use any means to achieve their goals.
