A sentiment I know all too well across my years

It’s one of my favourite stand-alone Lackadaisys, and in honour of the Day that’s in it, here are two important things to remember:
(1) “Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!” is a greeting. “Happy St Paddy’s Day!“ is a greeting. (Patty’s Day celebrates hamburgers.) “Grand to see you!” is a greeting. “What are you having!” is a greeting. “Pohg muhone” is not a greeting, except on occasions which we won’t discuss right now, so don’t believe the friend who suggests you say it to the Irish barman.
(2) Irish beer is black, or brown, or red, or amber. Not green. Ink is green. Paint is green. Dye is green. What made your beer green? Not hops, water, barley or malt, that’s for sure. So think about what did before you drink any.
Sláinte mhaith agus saol fada!

Everyone bow before the great Warmaster Horus! This little guy approached me recently at my apt complex then promptly just let himself into my place XD. After a trip to the Vet and making an effort to find a previous owner, he settled in fairly quickly so I've decided to hang onto him for the foreseeable future.

19 Men Go Shirtless And Share Their Body Image Struggles
The fruitless quest for a “perfect” body isn’t unique to women, though based on the body image conversations we tend to hear, it’s easy to think so.
Spoiler alert: Men have body insecurities, too, and that’s nothing to be ashamed of.

I used to be in FAR better shape about 5 years ago and was the first time in my life I'd actually feel kinda proud going shirtless. I've since lost that physique and once again outright embarrassed to be shirtless pretty much anywhere.
