thankful

every night before i go to sleep as i lay in bed i like to list three things that i am grateful for. tonight they are:

1. having a roof over my head and a bed to curl up in

2. having a loving mother who has supported me through the loss of my father, her soul mate and confidant as well as my unorthodox path to higher education

3. not having student loans of any kind for undergraduate as well as my graduate degrees
