A city this large gave her a sense of strange nostalgia, Britain was like this in some ways, but to think ikebukuro could match it was impressive, she walked the streets quite casually despite her large trenchcoat, and with a soft sigh she sat down at one of the benches along the busy pavement, giving herself a moment to breath.
“I know i said i would be proactive and learn the city..but i had no idea it would be this big” she mutters to herself, it was already becoming late evening, and she couldn’t be out too much longer, though as she sat there she couldn’t help over hear something, an argument? it sounded like shouting.
With her curiosity peaked she stood up and followed the noise, walking down the street it did not sound like it was in the open, with a right turn she found her way to the nearby harbor, she was at the edge of town now, and she could see exactly where the noise was coming from, tons of people fighting with fisticuffs, some even had things like bats or metal rods, it horrified her to see such violence. It was at that awful moment as the fighting began to die down, that she was spotted by one of the men in a yellow scarf, who took one glance at the trenchcoat, labelled her as a threat, and came running towards her.
She saw the threat, and he heart began to pound, what should she do?? run?? she began to panic and hadn’t moved until the man was close, there was shouting behind him, someone telling the man to stop? she didn’t know nor care right now…suddenly, she moved.
She ducked under a swing and a brutal incisor punch was delivered to the mans ribcage, her fist twisted as it made impact knocking him back slightly before she stepped into her swing, pivoted and brought her other arm up into an equally vicious uppercut, a cracking noise was heard and the attacker fell flat on his back, unmoving.
Yuu was frozen in place, trembling, partially out of horror as to what she had done, but mostly due to the sheer pain she was currently in as the recoil from her assault racked her body, though her hood stayed up, masking both her face, gender, and pained expression, she was breathing a lot harder.
“What have i…done..how did i..” she wheezed
If this hooded person was in a shock, Masaomi didn’t care. Petty little gangs fights near the poorer residential district? He couldn’t let that go. Strong grip got hold of the person’s hood, before tugging them to the ground. A yellow scarf fluttering in the ambiant air, followed by several others, all as armed as the others. Yet, the difference was their attitude. The Yellow Scarves all wore the same color. And they were organized, determined, controlled.
At the sight of the group, silence ensue before the violence continue. Masaomi doesn’t even flinch, dodging a baseball bat before elbowing a taller guy down, a crowbar swing crashing again another’s skull before another is kneed the right spot to become unconscious. Around him, Yellow Scarves walk in the battlefield, separating both sides in hope to scare them enough to calm them down. In best case scenario, make them stop those activities altogether.
Sweat and blood mixes between the smell of rusted metal. When darkness comes as the sun set, the last of the remaining resistance scatters. The blond is panting, white now dirtied hoodie sticking directly at his skin underneath. A single move to raise it so he can wipe a speck of blood off his cheek before straightening his appearance, as if it style still mattered, before kneeling towards a wounded brother, ordering in his charming yet authoritative voice to get the wounded, even the slightest scratch. With what was used, he didn’t want anyone getting infected.
Her cloaked being fell to the asphalt with a clatter, a hiss of pain escaped her grit teeth, sensitive nerves soaring pain though her being, her spine and back of her skull had collided hard, and yet she rose from her feet, legs crooked as she struggled to stand despite the pain, an unbound anger seething in her mind, as the daring sense of deja vu echoed.
“What is it...with this city...and people attacking me for no damn good reason” she hissed, frame quivering with ache, her eyes fixated on the blonde haired man, fists clenched and if looks could kill, her most recent attacker would have died several times over, not that he could see the look she was giving him, though it was extremely evident in her voice, anger and pain shivered into her tone, making it a far cry from her usual gentle sound.
Her rage steeled her will as she stomped her left foot forward in an aggressive martial art’s stance, hands raised “What the FUCK is you’re problem!” she cried in fury, the oncoming wind blowing harsher as if in retaliation to her voice, blowing her hood down to reveal her face.
