Hey this looks really awesome but there are 5 days left and it still needs quite a bit of funding to hit the goal. Spread the word, signal boost, I want my books! There are tiers specifically for libraries and retailers as well, so especially share with any librarians or bookshop owners you know!
Just a friendly reminder that if you see my often used Krampus design in the wild uncredited to please be super chill when calling it out! It is usually a case of people thinking it is a vintage copyright free clip art piece and being kind about it helps me have a more successful, pleasant encounter. I modeled this illustration to look like an old Gruss Vom Krampus postcard and I guess it is a little too successful.
Now I don't want to make an excuse for the folks tracing the piece without acknowledging the source but a lot of non artists slap it on stuff and are most likely under the impression it is not a modern illustration. It’s been around since 2009 and used to be a source of anxiety seeing it used so much around this time of year but it's something I have made peace with ( also I'm just very tired lol) Looking back, most people who did accidentally use it ended up being decent and pleasant to deal with so that's pretty cool....
I’m glad that it’s seemed to have have a lot of influence on Krampus depictions and has sort of snuck into being accepted as this authentic antique artwork. It would be nice to see my name attached to all of the posts that use him but much like many other online artists, sometimes a dumb thing you made just gets out from under you and fighting it is like fighting the sea. A sea of clippty cloppity, long tongued naughty goat men! Anyway if you want me to get paid for this illustration you can buy the shirt here:

Six Female Webtoon Artists From Around The World Shaping Digital Comic Space
As we conclude this month of celebrating Women and especially female digital artists, Agora Digital spoke to talented female webcomic artist
I wanted to research a bunch of females who are artists on Webtoon. This is because I am a female and because I am thinking about making my final project a Webtoon, so I just wanted to check out their work.
Zorika
This is a Webtoon artist. Her work is very pretty and I love how she didn't go for the simple black in her comic and went for a blue tone. Her art style is also really good-looking. It has a simple feel to it but still with a lot of detail.
Eva Cabrera
This art style is very cool, but there is one problem...how is there so much detail in each sketch! It's unbelievable. Webtoons are usually really difficult to keep up with the detail and style. Mainly because you would have to draw a lot so keeping it simple is a very common advice webtoons artists give it toon beginners.
Anyway, it looks really good.
SleepyMia
I love the art style, it's very inspired by anime but it has this simple a style that I like. The character designs also look cool. I haven't read this one before but so far what I am seeing, it looks pretty good and cute.
Yaongi
I have read most of this comic and it is good, the art style is stunning and has a surprising amount of detail within it. However, I have stopped watching it because the story got boring for me and the series just went on for too long also the love triangle just went all over the place.
Even though I haven't seen the continuous series, it is still very cool and does have a place in my heart. And it did so well, that Korea is making this series a K-drama which is very cool!
Share an Morishita
Sadly I don't like this art style, I hate how sketchy it is the colours are very dull and the proportions are all off. I just don't like it very much.
Rachel Smythe
I have seen this Webtoon before, it's very good however I stopped reading it recently because it got a little boring. But I loved the comic due to its story and art style. It's just very unique and different from anything I have seen before. It's very pretty.
And the artist must feel very lucky because this toon is doing extremely well. Like, it's the first Webtoon the app advertises to you when you are on it.

I have a feeling that beneath the little halo on your noble head
There lies a thought or two the devil might be interested to know
You're like the finish of a novel that I'll finally have to take to bed
You fascinate me so
This is by no means exhaustive, but I've been putting together a little timeline of Aziraphale and Crowley through the years with little bits of commentary on the historical costuming, notable details, that sort of thing! Very much a work in progress, but figure it can't hurt to share it with any other interested parties (worth noting that if you right click and open any of the images in a new tab, it should open the full-res images for your perusal):
I also included any other mentions of historical goings-on from the book/show/radio drama, and a whole lot of running commentary from yours truly so apologies in advance for that
Not an ask per say, but I live very near the graveyard from episode 3 and I went today to take some photos using snapshots of the episode itself and I just wanted to share them with you!
I was wondering, when you and Terry Pratchett were writing the book Good Omens, did you think it was a love story?
It's never confirmed that Crowley and Aziraphale loved each other romantically until Season 2 of the TV Show, so I wasn't sure if this was always planned, or if it just evolved in the writing of Season 2.
I think Good Omens the book is lots of things but it isn't structured as a love story, no, although there's a very solid argument for it being four different love stories.
When I wrote Season 1 I needed to add bits to help shape it and keep Aziraphale and Crowley as the stars, which was why it was structured as a love story.
Before he passed away, Sir Terry Pratchett told Neil Gaiman that he wanted his book to have the chance of a screen adaptation, but due to his advanced Alzheimer's disease, Terry was unable to undertake the same project, dying in 2015. :,(,
That is why as a last promise, Neil decided to work on Good Omens despite the fact that he was somewhat pessimistic regarding the adaptations, let's remember how long it took him to be 100% convinced in the adaptation of Sandman, that the truth was that it was worth a lot of waiting.
Terry once said, "The difference between Neil and me is our attitude towards film projects, he doesn't think they're going to happen until he's sitting in his seat eating popcorn and I don't think it's going to happen."
I think these words resonated a lot with Neil because, at the premiere of the first episode of Good Omens in a theater for the cast and crew, they reserved a front-row seat for Terry, placing his iconic hat and a bag of popcorn on him. 🥲🍿
I'm so in love with this story and the friendship Neil and Terry had who were a Crowley and Aziraphale type 🖤🍷📚 in life. If you haven't seen the series or read the book, I highly recommend it. Here I leave my tribute to this beautiful love story between an angel and a demon.
