LIN-MANUEL MIRANDA 90th Academy Awards, Los Angeles | March 4, 2018
Ben Platt with Lin Manuel Miranda and Jonathan Groff after winning his Tony
Government spying on me: how many times can one person listen to Hamilton oh my god
me: *staring dreamily out the window*
me: when will aaron tveit come back to broadway?
girl i like, tell me about the musicals u like me, so like when are we getting married
I really really hate him.
my kink: every cast member of hamilton getting the praise and recognition they deserve
in their separate verses in dear theodosia, burr says, “you knock me out, i fall apart” while hamilton says, “when you smile, i fall apart.” however, later, in it’s quiet uptown, hamilton sings burr’s words: “you knock me out, i fall apart” while in the dear theodosia reprise (that wasn’t included in the final draft of hamilton), burr brings up theodosia’s smile, beginning with hamilton’s words, “when you smile, i know a part of her lives on.”
