It was something she was trying not to think about. But Logan was the only other person in the diner. It was hard to think of something else other then him being here right now. Trying to ignore him was working so well. The stabbing slowed and then she was just staring at it. âI donât care anymoreâŠâ Ashley started to whisper under her breath over and over again as she looked around the diner. Anywhere but the table he was at.
It was truly entertaining for Logan to see how she was trying to avoid his gaze and she was failing so perfectly at it. It made him laugh to see how she was trying to focus her attention to that poor piece of cake. And on the next second, he had a brilliant idea to get her attention. Taking a single fry he focused his attention to the brunette and then he aimed for her table before throwing the fry exactly where he wanted. In her plate. "Ten points for Evans!" he shouted out as he began laughing like a little boy.
It was kind of a relief when Logan got up from her table. Not wanting to deal with him right now. There was stuff she needed to do. Though he wasnât even away from her table for five minutes, when she couldnât focus anymore. Slamming her laptop closed and pushing it away from her, she turned to her cheesecake and picked up her fork to eat it. But mostly Ashley was just kind of stabbing at the dessert.
The minute he got his burger and fries, he went to sit on one of the tables. This time not Ashley's but a random one that was positioned a few meters away from hers. As he sat down again he slowly began eating his dinner as his eyes were fixed on her the whole time. She seemed nervous and he pretty much enjoyed the tension he brought her. At first she looked like she didn't care at all but the way she was stabbing her cake said otherwise. Logan didn't wanna tease her any further he just kept chewing on his fries and quietly chuckling at the view in front of him.
It took all of her effort to not roll her eyes. To not say something snappy back at him. Attention returning to her books like he hadnât just joined her at her table. âIâm studying. Itâs what you do when you want to change your situation. Canât expect to live off my roommate for forever.â Eyes flashed from the pages of one of her books to the computer screen before she typed something pretty fast. âCan I help you with something, Evans?â Her eyes moving back of to his face with no real emotion showing across it this time.
"Studying ia boring and takes forever. Have you tried working? It's much better but it's all your choice." he murmured shrugging again. He observed her very closely, he could already tell she was annoyed with him and next thing she said only confirmed it. "Nah. I came here to eat. Just wanted to say hi." Evans retorted before he stood up. "Don't be so hard on yourself with these books, alright?" Logan said and smiled at her before he headed to grab his meal from the bar.
It was a sound. So soft she almost hadnât been sure that she heard someone say her name. But Ashley managed to lift her head away from the line of binary code that she was searching through. It was a long moment before her brain registered who she was looking out. âWell, look who finally got a hold me like he promised.â Her words sounding harsher then she had meant for them to. Though she couldnât help it because he had hurt her.
"I don't make promises. Thought you'd know it by now." Logan responded as he shrugged carelessly. "And don't blame it on me like thay..if you wanted to see me, you would have." he stated before taking the seat in front of her. "Am I dreaming or you're actually studying?" he questioned while pointing at the scattered books. Evans knew he messed up big time with her but there was no way for him to show it.
It was one of those night where her homework felt like it was taking forever. Though with an empty diner, her third cup of coffe, and now a second slice of cheesecake, her programming homework didnât seem to getting any further along then it had an hour ago. But she was going to get this. Even if it kept her up most of the night. Though she was so lost in her work that she didnât even hear the tiny bell chime as someone entered the diner. âWhy canât I get this line of code right?â She grumbled softly to herself. @evansman
Logan had a very long day working in his garage, he didn't even realized the time was pass his working schedule. It waa nearly 10 pm. When he got into his car and decided to grab something to eat before getting home. The man stopped at the nearest diner he saw and quickly entered it, he was exhausted and he wasn't in the mood to drink the night away like he usually did. A second after he ordered his food he headed towards one of the free table, his eyes then spotted a familiar face just before he sat down. The man took a few steps closer to get a better look of the girl standing in front of him. "Ashley..?" he questioned quietly as his green hues were staring down at her.

        He didnât need to tell her twice, there there was no way sheâd be able to get it off completely, so Damaris shakily tore away at the fabric of her dress trying to expose her wounds more but it was a little difficult. She was incredibly weak and kept fumbling, but then frustration hit and she gave a forceful tug that caused her to cry out, but at least now it was easy to see just how badly she was hurt. Having exerted too much energy with what was supposed to be a simple task, she used her arm for support to keep her upright and began to breathe heavily.
        Her body was not for the squeamish right now. A horrendous, bloody hole was once were her right side was supposed to be, the skin jagged and chunks of flesh missing (one could even see an ivory rib peeking out from all of the red mess). Though the blood was dark and dry for the most part, showing she had been injured for a while, and was beginning to fester with infection in a few places. Having caught her breath, she brought yellow hues up to him again and regarded him last comment. âYes, I have, please get the⊠ambulanceââ The word was strange in her mouth and was completely foreign to her, never having heard the term before; but she hoped that was something that could help her as soon as possible, ââand let me see what you have.â
As the brunette began torring apart her clothes, Logan took a closer look of her wounds. It was worse than what he thought. It looked like some wild animal had attacked her, the wounds were so deep, he was surprised she was still conscious. When she began struggling, he just grabed her clothing and tore it apart so quickly, revealing most parts of her damaged body. "Shit! That's really bad!" he murmured as he was in shock of what his eyes just saw. She needed help as soon as it was possible or it was going to be too late for her. "What is that? What actually happened to you?" he kept questioning while trying to figure out a way to stop her bleeding. "Were you in the woods? " he asker before taking out his phobe to call an ambulance. "They are on their way.. Donât worry, you will live..I promise you." he said with a serious tone which wasn't something that happened often with him. Logan was that carefree soul, who didn't take life seriously at all. He was a wanderer who only seeks positivity for himself in every single thing he did. "I have some painkillers.. Bandages as well and a first-aid kit.." tha man responded to her question before he ran inside his garage to grab the stuff he was talking about. "Here..this will make it less painful for now." he told her while handing her a glass of water along with the pills. "Doctors are on their way.. Just hold on a little bit..everything will be alright." Logan told her as his voice softened a bit. "Is there anything else I can do for you..?" the man asked while gently placing his hand upon her shoulder.

âYouâre gonna regret that one day, Evans!â she said, threatening him with one finger. Right now she was indeed harmless, because any sort of fast movements would cause her head to spin dangerously. âOh, I donât remember? Thank God, because it seems I donât want to remember. The throwing up part was enough for me to memorize. Oh dear - I did give you the permission? Now I take it back.â she shook her head slightly. Once he took the sheets away and the light began burning her eyeballs out, she groaned at him. âUrgh, turn off the sunlight!â she called out, shutting her eyes close. âI donât know what we shall do, I know I am gonna die of this pain peacefully. You can just let me do that.â
"I doubt it." he responded while gaining at her. Seeing how she objected everything he was telling her, was only making him laugh. She wasn't good at hiding things when she was drunk, now teasing her was just another way for him to get to her. "That's against the rules. You can't take it back, sorry!" he teased again while sticking out his tongue. "Ugh.. Get your ass up! It's a brand new day, Tatia..so just rise and shine!" he said so loudly just so he could annoy her more. "Or...we can stay in and do some nice things indoor." Logan retorted as he playfully raised his eyebrows down at her.

âYou never know when Iâm gonna attack. It might be tomorrow, it might be next week.â Tatia shruged before taking yet another sip of water. âThat is yet another reason for you to hope that the pill works fast.â she narrowed her eyes at him and pouted her lips before answering. âSure you donât, swallow-expert.â she imitated his voice before draining the glass completely. âI said handsome. If you consider yourself as handsome enough for my taste - dear, you are sure insulting my standards! I wouldnât make out with you even if I was as drunk as yesterday.â with a sigh, Tatia decided to lie down on the bed, covering her face with a pillow. âAnd who gave you the permission to invade my hangover space?â
"You think I'd be scared of that? Please.. You're like a bunny.Harmless." he responded in a teasing manner. "Who would have know you'd be so grumpy in the morning!" Logan said with a roll of his eyes. When she called him a swallow-expert, he just gave her a wide smirk that was followed byba light nod of his head. "Then you obviously don't remember the things you were telling me last night as we were walking towards your house!" the man added while chuckling playfully. "I think it was...you! Last night!" Logan responded before he lied down on the mattress, then he grabbed the cover and exposed her face again. "Boo!" he whispered as he leaned closer to her face and then covered the both of them with the sheet. "What shall we do now..hmm??"
Stranger
         If he were to take a moment and take a good look at the stranger who entered his establishment, heâd find that she didnât exactly fit in with the way this part of the world was. She wasnât clad in jeans and a T-shirt as other women would be in, but in skirts that someone from this place would classify as âmedievalâ looking that had once been blue, now ruined with dirt, blood, and various tears that would reveal gashes underneath, though none of them were as bad as the wound in her side. Her long dark hair was still partly styled, but matted and decorated with signs of a fight instead of the jewels she sported earlier. She was like a fairytale princess, torn apart by the big bad wolf.
        âPleaseâ.â Damaris choked out the plea, unable to manage any explanation, motioning to the right side of her body, where the fabric of her once finely made clothes was a torn to reveal mutilated and inflamed flesh. As she clutched her head, her senses began to clear ever so slightly and the beast was able to get a better understanding of where she was and the man beside her. Her nose was overwhelmed with the scent of metal from the contraptions around her, her own blood, and caught hints of the other dog in the distance. And while this man primarily smelled human, there was a certain undertone that set her a bit on edge. Hopefully it was just her mind playing tricks, but he smelled of werewolf. Shaking, the beauty lifted her gaze to his face, unnaturally golden yellow eyes staring at him with mixed emotions of pain, fear, and desperation for help. âPlease help me.â Now that she thought she recognized his scent, the Haunt was naturally weary of him since she was just attacked by a werewolf, but unless she wanted to die in this strange place she needed his assistance.
"What's the reason you're here anyways?" he questioned curiously before his eyes scanned her from head to toe. She sure was a petite brunette, deep brown eyes and long dark hair and of course one hell of a body. The woman waa certainly his type, smirking he made a step towards her before asking. "Bad costume party?" he asked while looking at her clothes once again. His expression then quickly turned into a worried one after he noticed she was in actual pain. Logan might have been quite of an ass most of the time to everybody he met but he sure had a good heart and whenever he saw someone struggling with something thw way she did, he would always be the first one to help. "You're gonna have to be more specific..!" he told her after she pleaded him. The man then dared to move closer to the girl and take a better look at what was off with her. After his green hues managed to scan her whole body all over again, Logan finally notice the wounds beneath her torn clothes. "Oh, crap! Who did this to you?!" he questioned out of shock before he could get a closer look. "I am trying to help you! But please stay still because this looks serious!" he responded nervously. "I have things that can help taking care of your wound but.. You will have to take off.. Erm.. This?" he said pointing at the weird clothing she was wearing. "I must see how deep it is..because we might need to call an ambulance..!" he told her as his tone gave out how panicked he was starting to become. "Please.. We might not have much time..it seems like you've lost a lot of blood!"

âOr Iâll plan a devious revenge on you. After Iâm over with this shit state Iâm currently in that is.â she responded playfully, before getting one more hit of pain right in the centre of her head. She kept massaging her forehead until he was back with almost everything sheâd wished for. âFunny. You say less than an hour and I hear the eternity. Itâs better for you if those work fast. I wouldnât want to hang out with myself while Iâm like this.â she added before taking the pill and water. However, she was close to choking on it, when she heard his words. âAre you trying⊠to kill me or what?â she asked between smaller coughs. âIâll be glad if you will. I donât want a horny blondeâs tongue anywhere near my mouth. But if itâd be a handsome guyâŠâ
"I will be long gone when you manage to get out of this bed." he teased. "Oh, please stop whining, Tatia! It doesn't look good on you." Logan told her while sticking out his tongue at her. He watched her swallowing the pill along with the water before he busted out laughing when she began chocking. "I am not doing anything! Be careful how you swallow, honey!" Logan told her while chuckling devilishly. "Well..all you had to do was to ask. Maybe I would have said yes..who knows!" he replied playfully before jumping on the bed next to her. "You will be fineee!"
Morning after || Human!AU
âShut the hell upâŠâ she told him before resting her forehead on the table, letting her curls cover the rest of her face completely. âI bet it had to be a good show for you to enjoy.â she murmured loud enough for him to hear. Then she lifted her head, narrowing her eyes. âWater⊠Aspirin⊠And a button to shut off every single sound of the world.â she snarled out reaching out for the already empty glass. âAnd if I ever again tell you that there are free drinks in the bar - I give you the absolute permission to slap me across the face.â Tatia chuckled before rubbing her forehead once again. âOkay⊠maybe not the absolute permission. Just make sure that I wonât do that.â
âOr what?â he questioned teasingly as he leaned closer to the girl. âIt was till the moment you start throwing up..you turned my erotic scene into a horror one!â The mab responded while chuckling. âI am not sure about the button but the rest I can arrange!â he said before taking her glass. He then headed to the kitchen to get her some water and the pill she asked for.âThere! You will be fresh as a cucumber in less than an hour!â he said joyfully before handing her the stuff. âIâd rather slap you elsewhere honestly..â Logan hissed playfully giving her a smirk. âDonât worry I will keep you safe next time. If I am sober of course.â
Morning after || Human!AU
    â â Okay⊠It was stupid.â Tatia admitted, hiding her face in her palm. The headache was taking the best of her and all she dreamed about was a glass of water. It was one of those days sheâd tell herself no parties with free alcohol anymore⊠Especially since she almost got herself into a lesbian kiss. âThe lucky part is that I threw up right the moment that blonde bitch tried to make out with me. Maybe itâs not that much of a luck, but itâs still something. Right?â she sighed deeply and moved her hand to rub her neck. âWeâre not going to that bar ever againâŠâ
ââJust donât say I didnât warn you so..ââ Logan responded as he tried to hold back his chuckle. The man new exactly what was going to happen after she treated herself with that cheap alcohol but since it was rare to see her doing  such things he just enjoyed last nightâs show as he didnât drink as much. ââ That blonde wanting to make out with you was probably the best part of the whole night.ââ He added while shaking his head from side to side. ââ As you wish, girl! I feel perfect this morning can I do something for you to get rid of the headache?ââ
@evansman
        In all her life, Damaris had never been in this much pain. The actual attack didnât take this much a toll on her body and it had resulted in chucks of her abdomen being ripped from her body by jagged teeth and claws; but this, this was a didnât kind of pain and she wished that filthy werewolf had killed her instead of letting her suffer for two days before she could think about walking. The initial wound one her side was on fire, raging with an inferno that spread through her limbs, making her weak. She could feel it inside of her core, the disease actively changing her insides, corrupting her blood, and fucking with her head. The world was incredibly disoriented. Her sensitive ears only picked up this horrible ringing, there was no sharpness in her vision, and sense of smell was meddled. She couldnât even tell if there were any humans in the area.
        Hell, she didnât know where she was, but she knew for sure it wasnât Silva. Which was probably for the best in a way. In her precious home, Lycanthropy was one of the lowest things; and for her, a noble Haunt once at the top of the full chain of monsters, had shoved her from her high horse and would have earned her harsh treatment from those who had once feared her. However, being in this state in an unknown place wasnât ideal either.
        Hobbling awkwardly along and oddly hard ground, the transitioning werewolf mad way to the first building she could somewhat make out, swinging a surprisingly unlocked door wide open with a clang to allow herself entry. Something, I need something. She thought desperately, inhaling deep in an attempt to make her nose work with her right now for anything that might aid her. Medicines, drugs, salves, or â Alcohol! It was a faint scent, but it was enough. Damaris hurried as best as she could to the bottles and helped herself to one, hoping for some relief. Though as soon as the liquid made contact with her tongue, she spat it out and threw the full bottle to the ground, shattering it. That was the most disgusting; watered down beverage the Haunt had ever had the displeasure of consuming and did nothing to alleviate her pain.  âWHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?!â She shouted in frustration, a decision immediately regretted as it sent the most unbearable pain to her head and she dropped to the ground with a gasp, clutching her skull as hot tears streamed from her golden hues.
It was one of those bloody afternoons and Logan was still stuck at his garage, working on a old truck a client left for him to fix few days ago. The green-eyed  man was just cursing every now and then while trying to find the issue with the car. All by himself with nobody around him and nobody to bother him on the phone, he felt good. Although the truck was pissing him off, that was his way of letting go of the tension he had gathered. He barely had any friends and his brothers were mainly avoiding him cause of all the crap he had done to most of them. From the life of the party he suddenly had turned into a loner but he didnât care at all.  He didnât want the drama women would usually bring in a relationship and he didnât want to do favors to anyone except if it is payed. Thatâs what his oh so called friends were using him for and he was just tired of it. He was also tired of staying in that small town and everything he could think of was how good it will be if he just gets into his car and drive away from all the sonâs of bitches who never really deserved the friend he was to all of them. And the only thing that stopped him from doing that was still his favorite garage. He had put his heart into it along with all the money he once had. Logan was probably one of the loneliest men someone could ever know but he did his best to not let anyone see him for who he truly was. A sweaty drop streamed down his cheek as he was still working on the truck. Letting out a sigh of frustration he brushed it off and tried to continue before some grease sprayed itâs way onto his face and his shirt as well. Stepping backwards with his eyebrows raised in a slight  shock he growled angrily and kicked one of the truckâs wheels. ââStupid piece of crap!ââ He cursed again before he heard a noise coming from the yard. At first he thought it was the dog he kept there to keep the garage save from uninvited guests. ââSpike?ââ he called out loud before making his way outside. For his surprise the dog was just silently sleeping and then he heard the noise of a shattering glass. Quickly he ran back inside to see what was going on and what his eyes found was truly the last thing he expected it to be.  ââITâS MY PRECIOUS BEER  DAMN IT!ââ he yelled at the woman with a slight frown.  When she suddenly dropped onto the ground, he widened his eyes in surprise and shook his head from side to side when she began wincing  in pain. ââ Oh, no! I should be the one crying! Look what you just did with my beer!ââ Logan told her nervously before he finally dropped next to her. ââ Just.. just stop crying okay? Is there anything I could help you with?ââ the man asked as his emerald eyes kept staring at her face with a confusion.
