At least not on here! Well for the time being, I may just turn this into another place I drop a collection of art but I’ll be more “alive” over on instagram and tiktok! I probably wont be touching this platform like at all and only to again just drop stuff

Why have I returned? Theres been an announcement about 1-2 days ago of the daily strips coming to a stop and only the Sunday strips being put out, so no it is not the end of Big Nate but the series will very much slow down. Reading the announcement both from an article and the post it was announced from resurged all the love I had for the characters fully again and I want to show that I hold this series so close to my heart as all of the characters have appeared in some shape or form with other art I have been creating over the few years.

Posts will be very slow and I will not care to post anything finished/rendered etc! I want to make my presence solely towards loving the work Peirce has been putting out for 35+ years and I want to be there until Big Nate ends.

Thank you to everyone that continued to follow me even when I left, and everyone that left comments when I wasnt here, it was so heartwarming seeing people come up and show their love for all these losers through my fanart :”DDD

Here to say I’m moving on from this account yahoo I don’t think I’m going back to being a fanartist for Big Nate because of the putrid things I witnessed and had to be apart of taking a toll on me

My goal was just to create a lot of fanart for BN and to show my appreciation for it, reached my goal and I still care about the characters just gonna walk out thanks to everyone that followed, liked or commented on my posts! It was great seeing people appreciate BN even for a short second cause of my fanart

woah hey!!! That’s a lot of notes on my post, I’ve been drawing more baldi stuff over on twitter with the same user! I don’t really like tumblr all that much.

But woo! Faculty fanart! It’s only been a short amount of time but everyone in the BBIEAL fandom has been so lovely. Everyone has been wonderful 💖💖💖 kind of overwhelmed because the community is so supportive and more active than the BN one! So it’s taking some time to get used to haha but everyone is amazing

I Like depicting the principal not being used to affection in like any form since he’s a straight-man type character. He’s used to everyone being professional and serious but Baldi negates that expectation in a good way since he’s passionate and ecstatic but professional

HEAR ME OUT baldi and principal were classmates and maybe occasionally partnered up for projects n assignments when they were younger but nothing more. When Baldi becomes a teacher, they’re like… a bit forced to get along? Cause they’d see each other everyday and why not but they become very close. Principal appreciates how much Baldi takes his job seriously but makes it fun for his students and Baldi appreciates Principal professionalism and how he takes charge

I believe I MUST say this:

I DID NOT EXPECT TO FIND LOVELY FANART OF MY CHILDHOOD BOOKS AND I STILL HAVE THE DIARY OF A WIMPY KID BOOKS WITH ME [no clue what happened to my dork diaries, captain underpants, or big nate though :<]

Plus, I have NEVER seen anyone draw Greg Heffley as part of his cartoon self in the books and half realistically. It literally blew my mind and kind of actually fit how I thought he looked like before those live action movies were made!

Setting the appreciation aside, are you familiar with The Last Kids on Earth? I haven't heard anyone talk about that book series anymore since middle school...

I have not! Honestly, I’m trying to read books like Timmy failure, middle school worst years of My life, magic tree house, dear dumb diary and any other childhood books people know about but I don’t. I grew up with diary of a wimpy kid, Dork diaries, and captain underpants And Not anything else (only became a fan of BN like last few years?) BUT I WILL ADD THAT TO MY LIST THANK YOU FOR BRINGING ATTENTION TO IT!!! Man I have a lot of reading to do
