Request for brotherly Kuai Liang and Bi-Han
Tag as ship and die
“I am here, brother,” Kuai Liang hummed to the man cowering against his chest.
Bi-Han, panting and whimpering into the fabric at Kuai Liang’s chest, just clutched at his younger brother harder, eyes fogged over. The inky shadow clone of Saibot hovered nearby, dripping inky blackness into a jet black puddle underneath of it’s crouched legs, the creature not stable after Bi-Han had been restored.
Bi-Han was prone to night terrors and episodes of great pain. After being restored, it was theorized that Bi-Han’s body simply experienced a type of ‘ghost pain’. While he was Noob, he stored his weaponry inside of him, took fights without care and had never once felt the damage done to his twisted and tormented body. And now that that imperviousness was gone, it seemed that his body was slowly remembering the pain in brief episodes.
“Ice packs, dear brother, I wouldn’t freeze your skin,” Kuai Liang clarified.
So Kuai Liang acted as an anchor to his distressed brother with the shadow clone hovering nearby. After a moment of quietness that was only tampered slightly bu Bi-Han’s noises of pain, Kuai Liang began to speak softly of present events. Progress on training with the students, how things were going with allies, little things that needed to be done around the temple. Words without weight but just noise. Things to idly whittled away the seconds as they waited for Bi-Han’s pain to simmer down enough to get his pain killers and get him to bed.
Eventually Saibot broke apart into his puddle that quickly vanished. Not long after, Bi-Han’s pained noises quieted down. Several moments after that, he shuddered and made a move to start moving himself to stand. Kuai Liang helped him to his feet and leaned the man on him as they walked him to his room for the eve.
“… I should be doing this for you,” Bi-Han grumbled.
“You had our youth of quieting my crying, picking me up when I was knocked down, and soothing me when nightmares haunted my dreams.”
“Think of it as repaying the favor. It is now my time to take care of you, dearest brother. And I do so without a second’s hesitation, want for anything, or pity. I do this because you are my brother and I love you.”
“None are needed. Though, I would appreciate if you took all of your medication. You’ve never had a pencient for bitter so I know you try to tough it out without your pills because of their taste.”
Kuai Liang chuckled as Bi-Han crackled a smile.
