Everquest is getting a new expansion. I didn't even know the game was still active.

Cleaning my basement and I found this! This game was the start of my love for MMORPGs and ARPGs. I spent loads of time playing this, then World of Warcraft and I’ve branched to the entire Diablo Series, Last Epoch, Grim Dawn, etc. I’m grateful for all the memories and friendships I built ❤️❤️❤️

Echo of Lord Nagafen

After no less than five attempts I managed to beat the 12th door of the Anniversary Tower! While the other doors feature single rooms with one to maybe eight mobs to beat, the 12th door door is a mission to climb the tower again. Next to annoying imps on the stairs there are three mini bosses to kill on the way to the top. The second mini boss gave me a very bad time on every try until I figured out a working strategy. Anyway, at the end of the climb awaits a well known face: Good old Lord Nagafen and a bunch of his Fire Giants! Naggy is a solid level 129 mob, making this an interesting fight. Probably by sheer dumb luck I managed to succeed. The Anniversary Tower is done!
