im over 8 months postpartum and im finally quitting breastfeeding. im so happy bc i was absolutely torturing myself exclusively pumping for the past 8 months of my life. my son is so much better off with me not so stressed instead of my fresh breastmilk (which? he will still be getting my frozen milk til hes 1 year old)
