i binged again. i’m pathetic
Que sonho
How to not binge when you're restricting!
Give up sugar, I don't eat sweets or cake or sugar in coffee. Nothing. I've been restricting for over a month now with no binges and no urges, and I'm a HARDDD binger.
Do it, it fucking works
Can we as a community please start pushing the importance of protein? If y'all don't eat enough protein every day you'll lose muscle as well as fat, which will decrease your metabolism since muscle burns more calories than fat (muscle burns something like 11-14 calories per pound while at rest, fat only burns 3-4). And if you have more muscle, you'll look toned at a higher weight, and be able to eat more calories without gaining once you're at your ugw.
For the last 6 months I haven't been able to gain muscle no matter how much strength I did (I actually lost like ½ pound of muscle according to my scale). Now I've realized it was because I wasn't eating enough protein except for when I was binging.
Also: protein is so SATISFYING. The last 6 months I've been wondering wtf was wrong with me, I felt so hungry ALL the time cuz all I ate were carbs. I could eat 3000 cals and still be wanting more, even when I was stuffed I never stopped thinking about food. It was awful. The last few days I've been drinking protein shakes and it's CRAZY how much less I crave/think about food. One protein shake that's like 150 calories (or 180 with almond milk) leaves me full and satisfied for at least 3-4 hours.
So how do you know if you're getting enough protein? Scientific consensus says the RDA for protein (click for article) is .8 grams per kg of body weight for adults. For teens (13-18), you should eat .85 g per kg. So a 19 year old who weighs 60kg should eat at least 48g protein daily.
Love yall, stay safe<3
genuine question, i suffer with an ed and i really wanna know how to bypass extreme hunger? if i don’t eat enough i feel so weak and tired + so dizzy and feel extremely sick and as i have emetophobia i can’t deal with it.
can anyone tell me how to fast without getting extremely dizzy/nauseous, like literally feeling like i can’t function even when i eat enough? it’s like my body WANTS me to eat like a pig. gross.

oh to be in a silk nightgown in front of a vanity removing my makeup while my partner lies in bed watching me lovingly
how do i stop binging and ruining my progress
what you'll have:
- a petite body - boney fingers - amazing collarbones - thigh gap - flat stomach - visible ribs - smaller clothing sizes are you really gonna throw all that away for something as temporary as food ?
Note to self:
work fucking harder. suffer in silence and let your success do the talking
Don’t stop.
You have already started. This is the hard part, but don’t give up. You will regret it. Keep going, you will get there!!
