I've learned a lot since I started on my journey to health but I think the biggest thing I have learned so far is that although it's good to set yourself weight loss targets so you have something to work for... the number on the scales is just a number!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The most important thing is how you feel and the progress that you can see.
