Taking breaks helps your mind rest, and then be able to view things from another angle, helping you figure things out better. It's not time wasted when you need to take a break.

I'm struggling to believe that is true. I have made many discoveries without breaks.

Okay, my friend. There are two things that can happen. One, I can help you with your depression through us just talking and other stuff, or, two, this is actually a thing with your brain in which I'll have to prescribe to you meds and I can try to help with us taking and other stuff. Once you feel very big depression, it's going to try to keep biting you your whole life, so it won't leave you, But! We can help you still feel awe at the world around you.

So I met this guy once. We fell in love (Or at least I fell in love, now he hates me).

He was stranded on my island. So he went on a quest to find out how to leave.

But apparently, the island was imaginary. It was just a dream.

So he destroyed the island, all my friends and family to escape the island. But he didn't mean to, he wasn't Evil like me.

Then recently, someone stabbed me to death, and now I don't know what to do.

That's...ah. My sincerest apologies. I think it'd be a good idea if you had a friend. You seem to need some affection and connection to someone who will care about you. Unfortunately, at this time, I do not know enough people to keep you company. Do you know of anyone who you can count as a friend?
