After watching the first episode of the second season, I'm wondering why the audience should care about the sinners? In the first season, the sinners were portrayed as moral monsters and maniacs, and no one ever ventured to the hotel to redeem themselves. No one. But maybe in the second season, things will change? Nope. Of all the people who came, none were interested in redemption, and as soon as the opportunity presented itself, they all left. Only Baxter is stayed, but not for the sake of redemption, but for the sake of an experiment. So, why should viewers worry about the deaths of sinners? Like, these aren't just ordinary people, some of whom are innocent and some are criminals, but sinners in hell (you know, the place where everyone who has done evil in their lifetime should suffer?).
