Meet Asmodeus❤️‍🔥🐓

Decided to get back into the 7 Sins designs and with February not being too far away, I decided to make a redesign of the Sin of Lust, Asmodeus!

Made him more humanoid. Made her center face human looking with the top part bird like. Still has some exposed skin, not covered in feathers 🪶

Added fangs & pointed ears to connect more to succubi/incucubi like Verosika. Also has a heart mole like her(and OG Angel’s drag look).

Made their muscles more toned.

Made his outfit leaning more towards cabaret/burlesque. For the circus theme, I leaned with stripes & the heart chain buttons.

Diva feather Boa✨️

Made Ozzie’s head fire heart shaped as well as lowkey allude to a lion’s mane🦁 for the circus aspect 🎪

Gave Ozzie both male & female parts. As sexuality is something every being of every gender has in some form. I can see my Ozzie being intersex and genderfluid. He’s/She’s/They’re comfortable with many different pronouns.

Made Ozzies bull head into a female highland cattle to lean into the gender fluidity. And to keep with the farm animal connection 🐄🐏🐓. Gave the Ram a third eye like a baphomet, and the cow a heart noise ring.

Made Ozzies reds more cool pink.

Kept the Fire Performer theme for the circus connection but also wanted to give off Ozzie involved with the more sensual/mature performances that burlesque and cabaret can fall into. Def wanted Moulin Rouge vibes, especially with what Ozzie’s is like. Plus fire performance itself can be a sensual experience!!!!!❤️‍🔥

Kept the hat for Ozzie but made it smaller and heart shaped, fit a cabaret/burlesque style.

Uses a fire baton as a cigarette/smoke holder and has a fan, ready to literally “fan the flames”. Used her own feathers 🪶

Added pupils. And feather lashes

Glitter✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

Eyeshadow and lipstick. Nails are also painted 💅 fancy stuff✨️✨️✨️

Gave ears 👂Along with earrings & peircings.

Angelic commander Adam Arcangel Michael and his second in command, Lute 🪽⚔️

- i wanted to swap adam and michael out just bc i think itd make more sense to have the guy who in the bible is literally in charge of fighting heavens wars to be the leader of heavens army

- he has a very different personality to adam but he fulfils the same narrative role

- i should mention here that in my rewrite, citizens of heaven are aware of the exterminations. they are controversial but people know

- michael is a very reserved and formal man. he believes that 1. no sinner is capable of ascending. to quote pilot alastor, the chance they get is the life they lived before. and 2, whatever waits for them after their 2nd death is better than their current existence. kinda like a mercy kill

-these guys dont appear till season 2, where they give charlie 1 month to get her shit together before they officially debate the idea of attempting redemption

- the trial goes badly bc of course it does. charlie was going to lose before she even set foot in that room, michael and lute make sure of it.

- michael dies at the end of s2 just like adam. charlie offers him mercy, holds out her hand, and he accepts. however he is stabbed through the gut by vicky before anything can happen.

-that brings us to lute. lute my beloved

-she and vicky have a.. complicated relationship

-by that i mean lute developed a FIERCE crush on her and started to hate her for it. internalised homophobia yk

- specifically she is convinced that vicky "infected" her with these desires. so when she sees vicky fuck up one extermination - knocking her unconscious and killing another by accident- lute takes the opportunity to cut that stupid eye out. she still carries her back to heaven though

-she then also testifies against vick, calling her a failed angel. she does not know what happened to her after that. she assumed that she was dead right up until she sees vick with the princess of hell on the day of the hotel case

-she feels a mix of pity and hatred towards vick right up until she sees shes still alive at which point it becomes all rage

-shes also been having hallucinations for a lot longer now, theyre just a part of her everyday life. another thing shes been "infected" with

-they get way worse after michael dies tho

-her relationship with michael is not romantic anymore- hes like a teacher figure to her. he has unrequited feelings towards her, they both know this. lute has tried in the past to like michael back, he always denies this bc he knows its not true

-michael knows everything about lute, including all the stuff she thinks makes her sinful. he protects her from heaven, shields her from accusations bc well. hes her best soldier and a good friend. one thing about michael is that hes a fucking hypocrite bc he extends none of this grace to any sinner

- no one in heaven really likes lute. they all think shes offputting and too much, antisocial. thry cant do anything while adams around tho

-i think instead of rejoining the angels at the end of s2, she instead passes out from the bloodloss of cutting your own arm off and is left stranded in hell, one wing broken so she cant fly.

-she then goes on a murderous rampage before becoming the hotels captive, having a #characterarc where she realises these guys are nice actually but pretends not to change, then rejoining the angels and realising just how much they hate & disrespect her &michael.

- and at a crucial moment betrays the angels to help charlies gang, which she Falls for.

- i also think it would be fun if she gets a big fat crush on Pao (my cherri) dykes 4everrrrr ❤️

-her weapons of choice are sickles bc i thought a scythe would be too on the nose

All of my recent Hellaverse redesigns- figured I’d just post them all together and put my notes here!! (Just so everyone is aware I am very much critical of Helluvaboss and Hazbin Hotel as a whole- if you cannot accept that then please dni)

Stolas:

• Based his design on the actual demon from the Ars Goetia and the Great Horned Owl with a little bit of Nerd meets Goblin King Bowie

• Wanted him to have a very night themed palette to contrast my Stella redesign

Loona:

• Made her scruffier, gave her a matching pendant to her dad’s

• Tried to make her look more wolflike

Blitzo:

• Got rid of the clown motif— he’s trying to move past it and show he’s more than a failed circus performer

• Gave him an eye patch because I think he would have been more than scarred in that explosion

• Gave him plenty of belts and holsters to put weapons on for jobs

• Edgy Guy Fieri vibes because yes-

Velvette:

• Gave her a more cohesive color palette and skin tone that isn’t ashy

• Clothing inspired by 1980 and 90’s fashion

• More business leaning look because she takes her fashion work seriously

Stella:

• Made her a Secretary bird since no one seems to know what the fuck she is

• Gave her a sunny palette to contrast Stolas

• Gave her the pantsuit/dress look to make her both princess like and a bad bitch (also because I was really proud of her legs)

Charlie:

• Gave her goatlike features and a snake tail

• Made her ginger as most literature describes Lucifer as a red head

• Gave her soft purples to show she is royalty as Purple is the color for Pride

• Wanted her to have Disney Princess energy

My interpretation of the seven deadly sins that i am working on a rewrite of hellaverse with my friends (the name of the rewrite is "peccatum innocentis" it was kinda fun but also stressful, ngl, but i am kinda happy with the results.

Also all of them uses any pronouns, as i see all of them don't have really a "gender" they are just, well, sins, sins can be committed by anyone, at any gender.

And just some facts!! Satan back can get on fire when he is REALLY angry, belpehor have an "forever insomnia" they can actually NEVER sleep, they are awaken 24 hours, and there's much other stuff but i am not so sure what much i can tell, as i have this more as a "project" between me and my friends, as we don't use it just to well, just being haters, we actually are using for both me and my friends just to have some fun and trying to get better on writing!! and well, me on my drawings skills, i just don't talk much about them here because the critical community is getting kinda uncomfy, so yeah!! just showing what i want!!
