RITSUKA couldn’t say he was particularly overjoyed to encounter Moriarty in the corridors but nonetheless, he was going to offer him one of his usual smiles ( though, it was clear that he was anxious about whatever he could’ve possibly had in store for the master ).
❛ Oh uh, I completely forgot about it … ❜ It was the truth but he didn’t want to do it in the first place. ❛ It seems pretty high level though so I’m not sure if I can solve it. ❜
“High level?” The pitch of his voice rises with surprise as he doesn’t recall giving the poor Master anything high level. “It is but a simple quadratic equation, and I have provided you with not one, but two possible ways to solve it. My-my, are you saying you can’t solve even with all that help? Why else would you forget about it then?”
He doesn’t want to judge Ritsuka, and yet he does, sighing... Before assuming a somewhat threatening (to the other) disposition. “That simply cannot do! Mental exercises are as important as physical ones— assuming you do not slack on those either.” ... If there is one thing one should dread, it is Moriarty putting his wits towards making sure his Master stays in shape. Even if the old man himself is always complaining about his back.
