Saw this being a trend in the One Piece community and decided to give it a go. I laboured over a lot of them though XD Some I feel do require justification

It physically hurt to leave out many characters; the remaining Straw Hats, Vivi, Carrot, Yamato, Katakuri, Ace, Sabo, Paulie, Bon Clay, Conis, Pedro, Pell, Noland, Rocks, Loki, et al. I'm sorry guys there's not enough categories to put y'all in. And folks you may say I could've put Vivi or Carrot in Ruler and I point out that Vivi has not been inaugurated and I have very vocal opinions on Carrot being saddled with the Zou Dukedom at such a young age.
'Minor' character was a matter of context, I classed it more as a character who influences the main plot minimally or not at all; like Iceburg's mouse Tyrannosaurus - which wasn't among the selections, it doesn't have all of the characters. I picked Makino because I'm always happy to see her - and I will continue advocating that she's just as much Luffy's mother as Dadan is. Overrated is a context question as well, between whether they're overrated in the plot or with fans, I chose the latter. I did flit between Dragon, Bogard, Garling and even Crocodile, but I settled for Enel because people still think he's gonna descend from the moon with Haki and be stronger than ever.
Picking favourite antagonists is weird too, because I don't like Kaido or Sommers but I know they're entertaining or neccessarily powerful villains, Sommers especially is a character I will never get tired seeing his ass kicked, even more than Spandam - Katakuri and Big Mom miss out because it's hard to gauge if BM was a main antagonist for WCI and a minor one for Wano or if she's co-main in Wano and Katakuri is minor for WCI. Wapol - who I still hate, fuck Wapol - does unfortunately have an extremely underrated Devil Fruit too, it's so versatile and in more competent hands, moreso than Buggy, Streusen, Brook, Kanjuro, and Decken's - fuck Decken and lock him up forever - fruits whose power was used at its fullest or at least a high extent. Same with Backstories, because I can't say I enjoyed Kuma's backstory as much as I was emotionally wrecked by it, so it's favourite simply because I think it's the best one.
Corazon as favourite design was such a difficult choice that it had to go through a bracket XD final four included Perona, Katakuri and King. I've left out Imu in the manga because we don't know how they look underneath all of that, and other characters like Gear Fifth Luffy, Miss All Sunday Robin, Young Moria and Hybrid Kaido, whose designs are conditional.
I don't think I need to justify the rest but yeah, I could've written full essays or top 5s on each one.
