hc tom secretly owns and wears/will wear pajama pants with hearts and/or chibi animal faces (u know, those ones)

yES. Hc that Tom is also secretly a furry. (As is Edd)Tom would probably wear those pyjamas only if he was certain no one else was home or if he knew he would be in his room and not socialise with his friends. He also probably got the pyjamas as a gift from his grandmother.

Alright my personal Headcannon: Edd has a sister and a brother with divorced parents. Matt grew up with four sisters, to which one is a twin. Tom is an only child who's dad died when he was young and grew up w/ his mom. And Tord is also an only child that grew up as an orphan.

I was going to make a headcanon about this actually. I imagine Edd probably got along really well with his siblings. Sure, they’d fight and bicker like regular siblings but they typically were always on the same level. Edd would be pretty neutral about having a favourite parent, and wouldn’t mind staying at either parents’ house.Matt had a lot of sisters, which partially ties into why he’s so vain. He was raised and taught by an only mom who of course, showed him all the ways of beauty and how to look your best. She was a very proud mother and always looked out for her children in regards to self esteem.Tom’s father died when he was really young, which resulted in him typically clinging to a pineapple and calling it his dad, dressing it up like his father (with the glasses) and just pretending it was his dad just so that he could have a father like his friends.Tord, although he was an orphan, so was Jon. That’s how they knew each other from before an got along so well. They would keep each other company and tell each other stories. Tord’s father passed away when he was really young, and his mother became fairly ill while he was still a child and passed away. With no other family to take care of him, he was forced to become an orphan.

Jon always worked really hard to gain Eduardo’s approval. After he passed, Eduardo got really angry, especially with himself. It made him so upset that he never got the opportunity to show Jon just how much he actually cared for him or did approve of him and was proud. Mark, for the most part, kind of enjoyed being Eduardo’s favourite. He didn’t like seeing Jon get verbally or even physically abused but he enjoyed the perks of not getting that treatment himself.

headcanon that since tom has no eyes, only sockets. He would be able to hide things. Idk why, ist such a dumb headcanon XD

Yes. His eyes would be like a deep dark endless void that he could just stick things inside and hide.

Okay but after the explosion Tord develops PTSD around flames that are uncontrollable and because if did so much damage to his head/face. Tord will get angry easily. Like pat can accidentally step on his foot and Tord would beat the shit outta him. He also has large mood swings

I was actually going to make a headcanon about this in the future, so yes, I see it! Tord had problems with anger control and such during his earlier life, causing him to black out at times when he was too overwhelmed with emotions, typically using anger as a form of release instead of crying and such, resulting in him having violent outbursts. As he grew older and became Red Leader and after all the things he’s gone through it just worsened over time as he developed things such as PTSD and other mental illnesses.

Matt and Tord actually get along pretty well. At first, when they both started hanging out and moved in with Edd, they weren’t on the best of terms. Tord would have violent outbursts and go off on Matt a lot but slowly over time they began to realise they have a lot more in common than they originally thought, and became pretty close friends.

Eduardo was a writer. He had a stay at home job and would try to write books, journals, short stories; anything his mind could come up with. That’s partially why he calls himself ‘numero uno’, because he wanted one his books to be a number one seller. Mark would always proof read and edit Eduardo’s books before he’d try to publish them.

Mark tries to keep his mouth shut and stay quiet a lot of the time just because he feels bad. Half of the things he says make Eduardo mad or cranky, causing Eduardo to lash out and take his feelings out on Jon. That’s why Mark reads a lot. It’s almost like a coping mechanism and a distraction to keep himself busy and not talking.

Tord and Jon were actually really good friends in high school, granted nobody really knew. They’d pass each other secret notes all the time in class and spend the night at each others house a lot. One time, Tord even ended up teaching Jon how to play ukulele and eventually, Jon would write his own songs on said instrument. When Tord would get really upset over something, Jon would play and sing him a song he wrote himself, and it always worked to calm Tord down or help him fall asleep.

My headcannon is that Matt is THAT friend (like myself) who will go through and set certain ringtones for his friends. Usually he'd ask what they would prefer but occasionally he chooses one that reminds him of them.

He would ask them what ringtones they want and don’t want and then set the ringtones to the ones they don’t want just for a laugh or two. He’d also set their contact pictures as pictures of himself imitating their facial expressions.

Random Headcanons I have... Tom and Jon are cousins, Edd and Eduardo are half-brothers, and Mark is a failed Matt clone! (Idk why I just thought of these)

Oh dear geeze that is actually wonderful. Tom and Jon being cousins, they probably didn’t see each other a lot through childhood and when they would, Tom would be the one to really pick on Jon but then try to make it up and play some silly board game with Jon. Edd and Eduardo… They most likely lived in separate houses and hardly ever saw each other. The most they actually got to interact as children was in elementary school and preschool. Mark probably didn’t even know he was a clone. He was created and just sent out into the world, which is why he likes reading so much. He loves to read and learn more about how to function as a human being.

Mod week

So, hey! Mod Ghost here. Since starting this blog, I honestly didn't really see it coming this far. I've tried to keep things pretty formal and just leave it for what it is and what I'd like it to be known for- Eddsworld headcanons. However, Mod Casper brought it to my attention that you guys might actually want to get to know us a bit better? As a thank you to you guys, we were thinking about doing something that might let us get a bit closer to you all. He suggested that we do a Mod week. Want to explain further? Hey! I'm Casper! During Mod week, you'll get to ask us whatever you want! Well, mostly. It would be best to try and keep from getting too personal and /try/ to keep it PG-13. Even though some of us are adults, this fandom does consist of kids too. We hope to appeal to all age groups; we don't want Edd to have to save the children again. To help start you guys off with questions, I'll give you a little info about myself! As you already know, my name is Casper. Between Ghost and I, I'm the taller one. And as far as gender goes, I am male.

Tom doesn’t like hayrides. He’s so conflicted about the hay pricking him and getting all over him, not to mention how slow moving the ride is. He’d feel so bored. He wouldn’t mind hayrides at night though, only because it’d be dark and he’d like the feel of being like in a movie. Tord...? Would be fairly neutral. He’d find it practically almost just as boring as Tom does but he’d at least enjoy being with his friends and feeling the cool weather, especially considering he loves the end of fall, when it’s transitioning into winter, his favourite time of the year. Edd would be ecstatic. He wouldn’t portray it very much, just cause he’s like that, but he’d be really excited. He’s so easily amused, he’d enjoy almost everything about it; the hay, the smell, the bumps, the scenery, he’d just think it’s fun in general. Being with his friends, though, would make it all the better. Matt would find it a bit spooky, even during the day, but that wouldn’t detour him from having a good time. He’d probably be just as, if not more, excited about it than Edd. He’d honestly love it regardless because he loves slow moving rides, like carriages or miniature trains. A hayride really isn’t that different in his eyes.

Edd was kind of strict regarding Tord’s smoking. Edd would monitor how many cigarettes/cigars Tord would smoke to ensure he wasn’t smoking too many or too much, as well as having the strict rule of no smoke in the house. Edd was so sensitive to the smoke, he knew when Tord was smoking in the house, even when Tord was in his secret room. In ‘The End’, Edd was so happy to have Tord back, he didn’t care about Tord smoking in the house, hence why we see him with a cigar indoors.

My headcanon is that edd, matt,tom, and tord. Dont have any sugar in their kitchen. Because edd's shelf is filled with cola, matt's is filled with mirrors, (even in the kitchen), tom's shelf is FILLED with smirnoff. And the kitchen is where tord hides his hnetye

Of course they don’t have any sugar in the kitchen, Matt keeps it all in his room. But yea, they practically keep their kitchen empty in regards to food because all their priorities are pretty focused. 

Edd’s shelf would probably be where he stores the next rounds of cola to go in the fridge, cause he already always has some in the fridge but he already has his ‘casual sipping’ stash by the couch. 

Matt probably put all the mirrors on his shelf when his room was beginning to get 'too full’ and just hoped no one cared enough to legitimately make him move it.

Of course Tom’s would be filled with Smirnoff. He isn’t as addicted to Smirnoff as Edd is cola but he does have a /slight/ problem. Tord would probably try to prank Tom and replace all of Tom’s Smirnoff with diet Smirnoff

Tord.. He would put something useless on his shelf, just something for decoration or easy access just so that they wouldn’t question him but he’d have a lot of it hiding under the sink or taped to the underside of a drawer.
