Neil Dawson is a New Zealand artist born in 1948
“Horizons” is a large-scale outdoor steel sculpture located at Gibbs Farm in Kaipara Harbour, New Zealand. Commissioned in 1994
The sculpture appears as a giant, corrugated iron sheet, seemingly blown by the wind onto the hilltop. However, despite its lightweight appearance, it is actually made of welded and painted steel, measuring 15 meters high, 10 meters wide, and 36 meters long.
