I had to make a tumblr just to ask this. I'm genuinely wondering how do you justify deleting comments and blocking people. This is not trying to be a pisstake, I'm legit interested in your opinion on this sort of moderation and censorship. When you delete a post or block someone, how do you explain it to yourself? Is it just that it's your personal website and some content are just not welcome or do you have a deeper explanation?

when i was ten years old my parents were gunned down in an alley by an internet jerk who thought when people didn’t want to listen anymore to his jerky-ass things he had to say that it was somehow “censorship” so now i dress up like a bat and remove jerks from my website
