i like to imagine that when michael let adam have control over their body (so that sam and dean could apologize or wtvr) and then he broke it up immediately after like 3 seconds that he was mad on adam's behalf and didnt want to subject adam to more of their bs because hes a caring boyfriend like that

i think adam should have been angrier in general after being left in the cage for over a thousand years

like yeah maybe he's had time to think about it so he's not as angry anymore but still, he was robbed of a lot of things and experienced a lot of things he didn’t deserve. he was only 19-20 when he FIRST died, never finished his school (as much as i like how silly and nonchalant he is about it in our father who aren't in heaven i still have mixed feelings), never said his last goodbye to his mother/the only person who ever really cared and loved him when he was alive...then the whole other can of worms when he was resurrected and lied to (which in comparison yeah sam and dean went through crazy stuff too but that came with choosing the hunter life, whereas adam never chose that kind of life and didnt know about any of it). And the whole time he's only ever mentioned a couple of times during his time spent in hell and I hate it so much because the absence of adam should have haunted the narrative more bc imo him having to be in the cage should have at least been one of the greatest failures for TFW

i get a majority of the issues with adams story (which there technically really isnt one) are related to just bad writing and creative decisions overall but it just annoys me so much when i remember it... at the very least it can be said that adam is a very emotionally mature character and that it led to the birth of midam. Still, it would have been neat for them to expand on Adam/his feelings about the whole thing (which the conversation in s15 kinda involves but not really because its mainly TFW feeling sorry for themselves) and to see him allow himself to be upset about his situation

edit: i also think they should have kept some of his sass from s5

I think having the main theme of your movie being that bravery does not nessicarily mean willingness to subject yourself to pain and fear but rather rising to the challenge once you’re already in that situation is such an important message given our circumstances right now
