There was a small scoff. It was hard to impress Gamora — and harder still to scare her. "My education comes from Thanos, as does my training. I promise you, the Shi'ar are not the most feared in the galaxy."

"I'm not here to cast judgement based on the sins of the father. I'd have to punish myself in hell if that were the case."

Gamora didn't really care to bond with this man over father based trauma. She didn't know him, and his pain was not her problem. She made a small sound of acknowledgment in the back of her throat, one hand raising her bottle to her lips. "What are you here for, then?"

"What Thanos did in your reality is tragic, but it has nothing to do with me. He is not my father."

"I'll allow you to keep your throat this time, but don't suggest such a thing again."

"I fear no Shi'ar." Gamora was fairly certain that was what he was. "I would recommend you do not threaten me."

"Not allergic to dogs are you? If so you should start holding your breath." Reader said handing Forey, his seeing eye dog and companion, one of the two hot dogs he just bought.

"I live in close quarters with someone who sheds excessively. It is fine." Rocket wasn't a dog, though. Or, whatever it was that the man's slobbering beast was. Still, Gamora was going to assume she was fine. If she wasn't, she could figure things out. "What's your name?" She asked the creature directly.
