Unexpectedly, I have discovered lately that I’m damned with fear of wasting time, or “letting the time pass away” uselessly! .. Yup, I’m chronophobic!

It’s like a sadomasochistic state of feeling an inner pain when a moment goes away! I think and I tell myself, during this moment, I was supposed to discover a new genre of music, watch some documentaries, read a book about life or the smurfs!, lay down for a Yoga, stitch my muscles, think of nothing, stare philosophically at the wall .. etc! .. and eventually, I waste time thinking of the wasted moment that I just wasted!
