hello everyone ! i am making (yet another) return to writing . i want to put this blog through a HUGE revamp (coding , icons , etc) before i return to it . in the meantime , if yall want to follow my multimuse that has original characters based on korean lore , that’s right over here !

some of my mutuals who have known me for longer know that i’ve been struggling with eating disorders since high school , and i’ve barely been able to do anything these past few days because i feel so sick all the time . i was hardcore binge eating for like 3 weeks and gained around 10 pounds , and i recently had a mini freak out and i’ve been trying to lose the weight . i’m actually back to my regular weight after having lost so much this past summer (mom makes me diet bc of korean beauty standards , my dog died , i went through an intense breakup) but i was so happy with myself at the weight i ended up at a few months ago even though the weight loss was unintentional . i’m constantly really dizzy and i almost passed out in a 3 hour long rehearsal today , so as you can probably imagine i’m in no shape to really write anything . that along with the stress of end of semester tests , assignments , and performances , i have a hard time even thinking . 

being a music student means our studies include physical and academic work . with my body in terrible shape in general (years of bulimia , low blood pressure , low blood sugar , sensitive stomach) these past few days of under-eating have really taken a toll on me . on my busiest days of the week , i’m playing 10-11 hours a day with few breaks in between . 

i’m not really sure why i’m writing this , but i guess i just wanted to let you guys know why i haven’t been able to do much . even now i’m sitting here , squinting at the computer screen , trying to see past the spots . my head starts spinning if i tilt my head even a little , and if i put any pressure on my jaw area , i feel nauseous . i’m disappointed in myself for falling into this cycle of eating problems again , and i’m hoping to seek help if i have time . i’m going to be very selective in my replies just because i can barely process anything right now , let alone write threads . i promise you guys that i’m going to be doing my best to get better when i can ♡ i’m also working on a mini tunglr project thing that i’m hoping to release in a few days so look out for that if you want i guess

THE HIRAGI FAMILY : his creator , his destroyer , his obsession . it begins with hiragi yousha , a woman of grace , nobility , and though perhaps lacking in vision , she carries compassion in every word she utters . quietly , she falls in love with her retainer , takasugi hokuto , a man who mirrors her gentle hand and empathy . their fairy tale is cruelly cut short with her slaughter , brought about by her own younger brother , tenri . never seeking power , and merely dreaming to live a peaceful life with her lover , hiragi yousha’s life is snatched from her own hands , leaving behind a devastated man and their young son , shinsuke . 

takasugi shinsuke is raised loveless , his father’s sanity gradually spiraling as his grudge against the hiragi family rots his heart from the inside out . he puts shinsuke through rigorous training , molding him to become the perfect tool of revenge against the hiragi family . shinsuke carries the memories of the brief , yet radiant moments of happiness he had shared with his family . even as a child , he recognizes this one fact alone : the hiragi family is to be destroyed . his blood relations are kept a sealed secret , held within select members of the takasugi clan . and like his father , and his father’s father , shinsuke is sent to the hiragi home to protect and serve tenri’s children – his own cousins . and the members of the hiragi home never fail to remind him of his place , the fact that no matter what , he will never be more than a lowly takasugi . 

but eventually , he finds grace . he finds peace in war as leader of a squad within the moon demon company , fighting alongside four individuals that become his first real friends . the apocalypse , which killed off 90% of the human population, allowed him to grow and thrive among tragedy . a charismatic leader , born with his mother’s warm heart , he leads his squads to several notable victories . his devotion to his comrades and the extermination of vampires temporarily erases the years of resentment  , and he marches forward towards a future for all of humanity . 

that is , until his squad , among many others , is entirely wiped out in a suicide mission . his left eye is crushed in the operation , and he alone is spared by the vampire nobles he had been sent to assassinate – they needed a live messenger , after all . this act of cruel mercy marks shinsuke as a traitor , a soldier that abandoned his post to survive even as his friends were murdered . his return to shibuya comes with rumors of a curse – that those that fight by his side will meet bitter ends . his heart once again burns with rage , with hatred for the hiragi family that had sent his friends directly to their graves . retribution ? redemption ? no , what he seeks is simple – revenge . humans and vampires alike are his enemies , and he will make sure they all end in flames . takasugi shinsuke , after seeing the world end several times already , now vows to destroy the entire universe .
