Here's a thing I've learned: If you're regularly eating to the point of sickness, it's probably because you're anticipating going on a diet. Restriction, even if it's only in the abstract, leads to bingeing. Eat that holiday shit, and enjoy it.

As I mentioned a while back, I haven't done CrossFit in years, so it feels weird to maintain this page as is. I'm still fat, and I still work out on occasion, so I'm trying to get Facebook to change the name to The Exercising Endomorph, but they're like, "Send us a press release announcing your rebranding." I mean, "rebranding" implies "branding" which implies that I make "money" doing this, which I don't, but... here?
