Sup, losers. It’s been a while. Anyone even still hang out here?
Who of your friends do you think would be best at playing with you?
Not that he's a friend or anything, but I guess Kaito's pretty good at video games. Genkai, too- she has a ton of old school games at her place.
I've tried to teach Jin how to play a few times but he can't read the command menus and ends up throwing his controller through the TV. But playing wind punches with him is more fun anyway, so it all works out!
A Night with Kaito
It was going all according to plan, which was a rather well-thought out plan, when Amanuma decided to mix things up. Why hadn’t he predicted this?
Groaning, Kaito tilted to the side. He was getting into the game, moving with each tilt of the remote. It was almost sad how deeply he was concentrating on every pixel. One half-thumb to the right, slow, slow, tilt, accelerate!
The other players wobbled as Wario pushed past them and attempted a shoddy joust with Peach. The man glared, momentarily taking a hand off the controller to shove Amanuma in the shoulder. “Can you stop it and play seriously for a moment?”
Amanuma smirked as he turned Wario around, attempting to smash into Peach again. "I am playing seriously. Jousting's the most serious a sport can get. Name one other one where it's fair game to slice someone's head off." Wario bumped Luigi into Toad, knocking them both off the road.
"To the death!" he chanted once more, lunging towards Peach.
What is the kindest thing anyone has done for you?
Mitarai and Hagiri did a lot of nice things. Before they left...
THIS GAME SUCKS! I CAN’T EVEN FINISH IT! I HATE IT! ARG! (kicks something)
You demons should set up some arcades in your world- it’d be easier if you got more practice.
There is Only One Level
Would that really make this game less annoying? :|
Does that answer it for you?

What does your pokemon team consists of. I get the vision of Rattatas, Zubats, and magikarps
Did you ever fish in Pokemon?
Well, duh. I wouldn't have all 649 if I didn't. I guess it'd be more accurate to say I only fish in video games in general.
Why are you so concerned about fish anyway? Is this Juri?
Who was your least favourite teacher at school and why?
I HATE THEM ALL. School's dumb. You just show up, memorize some junk and then write it all down on a test. And even when you get perfect scores they just nag about putting in more effort. Like I'd waste my time with that- it's not like they ever teach you anything useful like coding. I have to figure out all that on my own.
Have you ever been fishing?
Only in Zelda games. Why would I want to do it in real life? Fish stink and I it's not like I can swim.
Happy Valentine's Day Amanuma

exgoblinking replied to your post: DO YOU LIKE TO PLAY VIDEO GAMES?!
YOU’RE A WASTE OF TIME
I could say the same of you, child
Nah, pretty sure it's you. At least I can recognize art.
And Kurama hides in his locked room and doesn’t come out until this goes away.
I think it suits you just fine.
Are you much of a daredevil?
Not so much in my territory since I last played Goblin City...
I guess I kinda am for driving cars and stuff. But it's not that big of a deal 'cause I've gotten plenty of practice by now. And I've grown a couple of centimeters, so I can reach the gas without ducking down too far!
Whats your favourite fastfood chain?
Haagen Dazs, no question! But Baskin Robbins is pretty good, too.
A Night with Kaito
Amanuma snorted out a derisive laugh. “Nice nickname you gave yourself there, princess. Now it’s game time.”
His eyes lit up with an intense focus as the countdown started. In unison, he whispered, “Go,” revving up Wario’s engine. As planned, he got head start, pushing aside the smaller players. Though the boost was a nice way to lead in, he’d reveal his real strategy in a moment.
“Watch how a real pro does it.” Ama jerked his wii mote sideways, skidding Wario over an entire line of items. He grinned; with a huge lead and no items left for the other players, he’d easily keep up his perfect record.
He honestly didn’t mean to snap, but he couldn’t help but react instinctively to each one of Amanuma’s jibes. “Just shut the hell up and play the game.”
Jerking his remote in the opposite direction of the youth, he attempted to stay out of sight until the very last moment. He knew the boy was brilliant, and technically had dominion over video games. The only way to win would to be out-smarting him; to be unpredictable just as Kurama had been.
Peach stayed close to sixth, attempting to grab any boxes left behind by the fiendish Wario, not that there were any. He’d need a miracle to push the boy from first, and he thrust forward, rounding the edges with careful precision. If all went well, the AI would do what it was good at and spawn a blue shell from thin air.
After the first lap, Amanuma got a little bored. The whole point of coming over to Kaito’s place as so that he could have more fun than going up against just AI. He sneaked a peak over up at his older companion. Kaito’s face was scrunched up in aggravation.
“If you’re not having fun, I can switch it up a little,” Amanuma offered, turning his cart around. He raced in the opposite direction, ignoring the “Wrong Way!” signs floating above him. Smashing into every other character on his way over, Ama made a beeline for Peach.
“Joust to the death!” he screeched as he rammed Wario headfirst into the Princess.
A Night with Kaito
Amanuma ignored Kaito’s patronizing glances. He was used to adults always assuming he didn’t know what he was doing and would break something. Amanuma gripped his remote a bit harder. He’d show Kaito just how competent he was when they started the race.
Preparing to focus, Amanuma took care to wipe off his nose before they started. “Yeah, yeah. You go ahead and tell yourself that. Big characters like Wario and Bowser are only tough to control if you don’t know what you’re doing. I happen to be an expert, in case you’ve forgotten.
“Now,” he said more seriously. “Are you gonna press start or what? Maybe you shouldn’t be player one if you’re gonna move this slow.”
Another cringe ran the man’s body. He should have been expecting a number of unhygienic practices from the young boy, but it still came as a complete shock seeing Amanuma rub his crusty nose up and down his sleeves.
Kaito inched away slightly before turning his attention back to the actual game at hand. “All characters are difficult to control in one aspect or another. That’s why they have different stats. As a Game-master, I’d assume you’d know that.”
Ignoring the last quip, he pressed the remote with sturdy resolve. “Ready to lose to a princess?”
Amanuma snorted out a derisive laugh. “Nice nickname you gave yourself there, princess. Now it’s game time.”
