also i have a question for destiny lore officinados: during that last bit in edge of fate when the guardian hits lodi with that healing Light thing, how the hell did that work? Can healing using the Light work on non guardians or does Lodi have special access bc of the Nine stuff???

Shaw Han is shown making Redjacks radiant, and Mithrax reflects upon benefitting from Saint's Ward of Dawn as opposed to being blinded by it like so many of his kind have been. Though dubious, a trailer also shows Caiatl and Mithrax becoming empowered by a Well of Radiance.

So, yeah, it's not a large leap to assume that all forms of Light can be beneficial to non-Lightbearers in some way.
