Use this guide as a checklist so follow these steps every day to help boost the chances of EXO winning awards in MAMA 2015.

Do not mute the video itself

Instead, open the playlist in a different browser than the one you are using e.g. If you are using Firefox, then open the playlist in Internet Explorer or Google Chrome or Opera

Go to the speaker icon (where you control the volume) on your task bar

Right click on it and then click "Open Volume Mixer"

Scroll through this window and find the browser in which the playlist is playing and mute just that. In my case i was using Firefox but i had the playlist running in Internet Explorer
